Everything returned to normal after cycle... except my weight. I held nearly 90% of all gains and recently the weight has come off because I have been dieting for my first show. My peak cycle weight was 201 and I stabilized at 195-197, which was a net gain of 20-23 lbs which in my mind is permanent given muscle memory. I am now down to about 189 as I have been dieting hard and doing cardio for 4 weeks now. I need to get down to below 176 or else I will have to compete with light heavyweght monsters... which I dont want to do. I just began my comp cycle this Saturday 13 weeks out... as for DBol only cycles, the proof is in this log. It may not be the same for everyone, but I couldn't have expected better gains and retention.

My waist is currently pre-cycle size... 33.5-34 depending on measurement time.

I was 174 with a 33.5 inch waist precycle. I am now 189 post cycle with 33.5inches. When I was 201 my waist was clocking in at 36.5.

So your waist is within 1/2 an inch of precycle size. Wow...that's much better than I thought you would get from the dbol. You must have really hit it hard in the gym. I imagine you're able to lift heavier weights now than precycle is that correct? That's the only thing I can think of that would allow you to retain so much of the gains. Very iimpressive. It really goes to show the difference when everything is spot on and your pct is done right.

I am definitely lifting more than precycle. In fact, I am not far below what I could do on cycle. For example, my seated BB press went from 150ish for 6 good reps last set, to 135 for 6 good reps last set. Most DB exercises are off by 2-3 reps and 5-10 lbs. I'd say it is safe to say, take any exercise and I am about 10% weaker now than I was on cycle.

But 1 question, i gonna take 40 mg a day, never taken Diana before so i just wonder should i take 10 mg in the morning and 10 middle off the day and then 20 1-1.5 before workout, i workout at 7 pm

Or should i take 10 in the morning and 30 before workout??

Since you're never used it before, I suggest you run it similar to what VO did (20-30mg/day). As far as when, I would say take half in the morning and half at noon or so.
