Just to confirm, are you taking 20mg per day (10mg morning & afternoon) or 40mg per day (20mg morning & afternoon)?

20mg total... 10mg at roughly 8:30am and 10mg at 3pm... workout at 4:30

on rest days I take 20mg at 8:30 am and nothing rest of day

For those reading along ViennaOak is a very unique person that we rarely see on the boards. He has taken the time to learn about nutritional intake and has put his diet in order. He has taken the time to understand about working out correctly and giving his body time to rest. He read and learned about AAS and has a very good cycle planned out for later on but also has elected to run dbol only first. He will see greater results than the normal noob that lands on this site and wants to run a dbol only cycle. I want to say all except right here is proof not all people shouldn't run an oral only cycle. The first time he posted about it I jumped to my normal conclusion that he would be wasting his time but as he kept posting I began to see his dedication and the and why he was running dbol only. I don't think many people can keep gains from an oral only cycle because most people will not put in the time and effort to do what this individual has done. I be very interested to see what happens 3 months from now and I wonder what effect it might have on his first cycle with injectables. Will it give him the gains that most get from their first "golden cycle?"

I read that you get a higher peak level of the drug in your system if you take the dose(assuming you are taking a sub 50mg dose) all at once. Since I don't need to have the drud running around at high levels later in the day(no workout)... I'd like to get the max effect of a peak level.

Thanks for the good words Hazcat. As he said, I have a further cycle planned. I wanted to start with an oral that has a short half-life. THat way I could see how the AAS and my body react in a controllable time span (ie: if the DBol gives me unwanted effects... I stop taking it PERIOD). The half life is wayyyy shorter than Test Cyp. You can't just stop taking a long acting ester and expect it to be gone in a couple days. That being said, my next cycle planned is:

Dbol 1-4 30mg
Test Cyp 1-10 500mg
PCT nolva 40/20 with liquidex on hand if needed

I would run the test. for 12wks

Sorry I am a day late at updating... I had to leave town for a few days to see my sister graduate college. DOn't worry, I planned ahead and ate like a beast and the workouts at different gyms really helped add some variety. That being said... Day 13-16

Day 13... So i am up to 185, not bad. Today is arm day. I am looking for a GREAT pump today, so I am skipping heavy ass low rep BB curls and going for the free range motion cable curl. I've gotta switch things up a bit... I've only been on cycle for 2 weeks, but have been carrying the same routine for 12.

free motion cable curl 1 arm- 25*12, 35*10, 35*10, 40*8, 45*8+35*6+25*6 drop set
hammer DB - 40*8, 40*8, 40*7, 45*5, 22.5*13 40 feels likie KID WEIGHT!
conc curl - 25*12, 25*10
preacher - 45*12 + partials till I couldn't move (too much Yates/Mentzer article the past few days...)
At this point I have a pump like I've never experienced where the bicep meets the forearm

pressdown - 80*15, 150*10, 155*8, 155*8, 85*10+2 partials
OH DB ext. - 50*12 ,65*8, 65*8, 70*6, 70*6 the strength increase in this exercise is just off the charts I went from 4th set 65*4 to 70*6 in 13 days
kickback - 20*12, 20*12
dips 20

ab rope pull - 90*12, 90*12, 95*10, 95*10




Day 14

Different gym... LEG day

Squat - 155*15, 245*12, 255*10, 265*8, 275*6
ext 1 leg - 50*10, 10, 8, 8
seated leg press - 360*12, 450*10,490*8 and DONE
seated hammy curl - 70*10, 70*10, 75*8, 75*8
good mornigngs - 100*12, 100*12
45 degree calf - 100*12, 110*10, 110*10, 130*8, 130*15 all out

no seated calf machine at this gym.... bummer



Day 15

Another different gym... one of my best chest workouts in ages... changed it all up

Bumped up the dose to 30mg for the next 2 weeks... 10mg in the mng and 20mg around 4:00pm pre workout. I don't want to take a pill at 9 or 10pm as I go to bed around 11. I DON'T want night sweats in the least.

flat DB press - 50*1, 55*10, 55*10, 60*8, 65*6 ...really felt these reps slow and deliberate
hi cable flyes - 40*12, 40*10
hammer strength incline press - 45*12, 75*8, 80*6, 80*6, 90*4+45*8
seated dips superset seated flymachine 2 sets

everyone who hasn't seem me for 6 months says I look a lot bigger to them



Day 16

I am travelling back home to the city... I'm weary from travel and coupld use a rest day. Even though it is scheduled back day I need the time off. I'd rather hit deadlifts hard tomorrow when I'm fresh! DOn't normally like to do this, but it is best to listen to the body. I will report my weigh-in next time.


As for now, all the sides are pretty much gone. Knock on wood. THe labored breathing nearly gone and the disorientation gone. I think I am tolerating the drug better.

Just a note... I was speed walking the other day to get somewhere in a hurry... my shins were so pumped I nearly had to stop walking.
