Yeah, it's so so sad. The cheaper gyms in Manhattan run in the 90 dollar range. It is an absolute crime. I used to live in Pennsylvania and recall paying less than 30 bucks a month.

yeah, that IS a crime.. even when i lived in LA we had gyms as low as $30-$35.. There were gyms in your range that were the celebrity/upscale gyms, but at least you had the option..

Update...

Day 23...

Today is a scheduled rest day, but I am feeling like a bit of "Flushing" technique. I worked back yesterday, so I am sore. I decide to go to the gym and do some assisted pullups and light cable rows to work the sore muscles... feels damn good to get a pump in a sore muscle. maybe I'm sick. I sit in the sauna and overall turn a scheduled rest day into a light recovery day.



Day 24... onto shoulders
This has become one of my favorite days due to massive strength increases on my seated BB presses... it is more reps with more weight EVERY workout
(just like every other exercise).

seated BB press - 95*12, 135*9,140*7, 145*5, 145*4, 95*12
OH DB flyes - 15*15, 20*10
side delt DB - 20*13, 12, 11, 20*10+12.5*6 (the sickest side delt pump I have ever had... I am in agony)
shrug machine - 90*12, 100*8, 100*8, 110*6
upright rope row for peak contraction - 45*12, 50*10, 55*8, 55*8
rear delt DB - 20*14, 25*10, 25*10, 25*8

I can't even touch my opposing rear delt with my hand at this point.



Day 25... a little note B4 I get to the training. My allergies have been KILLING me, so I can barely breathe as it is. I was walking to work this morning and I nearly passed out bc I couldnt get enough air. My advice... if you are susceptible to panic or panic attacks DO NOT touch Dianabol because with the amount of weight u gain so fast(and increase in blood pressure), there is a good chance you will get caught short of breath at some point. If you can't gain control, you may be in for a problem. Another word of advice... I WOULD NOT take antihistamines if you have allergies and are on DBol. I learned today that Claritin (Loratadine) can raise your blood pressure and make you disoriented (especially Claritin D). These are 2 things that you don't need. Just take extra tissues.

I honestly like the gains I am seeing(although the bloat is definitely there), but as of now, I doubt I will be taking DBol again. It is TOO MUCH weight too fast for me to handle personally and I feel like a balloon with high blood pressure that can't get enough oxygen and cramps a lot. The classic supposed DBol feel good is just not there for me. It is hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like a raging animal and other times I'm just pissed and feel like shiat. Granted I have been eating like an absolute HORSE and doing no cardio. Just thought I'd share the good and bad with you guys.

weigh-in 195.5 +21.5lbs in 25 days

I gained no weight in the past 3 days, although my strength has still gone up. I am relieved actually. I have 17 days left, so if I can consolidate here and make a push to 200 by the end of the cycle, I will be happy. Remember, I started at 174!

hey V.O. i believe you're still at 30mg's, yes? are you finding more, undesirable side effects since you upped the dose? or are they pretty much still the same as when you were doing 20mg?

It is entirely possible to keep half your gains with D-bol. Most of my muscular memory came from my second cycle which was D-bol. Though I still recomend test.......

Yeah, I am still at 30mgs for 3 more days. Actually, I can't say for sure if there is a difference in sides at 30mg. I am taking 10mg in the morning and 20mg at 3pm preworkout. I doubt an extra 10mg is enough to make a huge difference in sides at all. If I had the pink 5mgs I would take 25mg ED, but I have the yellow anabol 10mg and they are too small to break. The reason I am doing 20 20 30 30 20 20 is also bc of the amount I have. I wanted to have enough to kickstart my next cycle at 30mg 1-4wks. I'd imagine if you are suscpetible to the sides, you are gonna get them at 20 or 30mg IMHO.

You can see the pics from a week or so back that I poseted earlier in this thread. The bloat is mainly in my stomach. I've never been really cut, but can definitely tell i am carrying extra around the waist.

Look pretty bulked up. I didn't really notice the bloat too bad. Maybe around your love handle area (not sure what the technical term would be ) but nothing bad at all.

great work. wonder how drastic the difference is in 30mg to 50mg of Dbol, as far as gains to sides go.
