Yeah, doesn't look much different around the waist, but the tape doesn't lie... over an inch! 1.25 to be exact. I "feel" the bloat more than I see it if that makes sense. I feel a little water-logged.

lol.. yeah, sometimes that stomach feels like it is pushing just a little bit more.. i'm taking some nolva right now, just getting over that bloated feeling.. i went from a 33 to a tight 34 and was like, damn.. thank gosh it's loosening up a bit now..

and i'm known for being "thin." go figure..

Another update... these past few days have been killer in the gym. Something strange, but good has happened. Before this week, my strength was consitnetly increasing workout to workout. I would add 5-10 pounds every set and get it consistently. This week my strength has just EXPLODED. I am finding myself so strong in power exercises that I don't even know what weights to use. My squat went up 30 POUNDS from last workout only 6 days ago, and even 315*6 felt light the other day. I have heard about this acceleration in strength around week 4-5 from some other people. The funny part is that this weight would've crushed me if I tried to get it more than once a month ago. I am so strong that I put on a weight I think I can handle and shoot for 8, and I find myself able to do 15 like it is a warmup. Never have I experienced anything like this.


Day 25 - arms

BB curl - 50*15, 95*9, 8, 100*6, 100*6, 50*12
hammer DB - 45*6, 45*6, 50*4, 50*4+30*6+25*4+20*4
conc. curl - 25*12, 12
icarian preacher (new exercise) - 45*12, 55*8 - killer lower bicep pump
pressdown - 80*15, 130*12, 150*10, 160*, 160*6, 160*6, 80*12 ... I actually had trouble staying flat on the ground bc of the weight pulling me up
OH DB ext - 55*12, 75*8, 75*8, 75*7, 75*7
kickback - 25*12, 25*10
skull crusher EZ bar - 60*10, 8



Day 26 - legs

squat - 185*15, 275*10, 295*8, 295*8, 315*6 (last week 185*15, 245*12, 265*10, 275*8, 285*6)
extension - 9*10, 10, 100*8, 8
iso hack slide - 140*10, 140*10
standing 1 leg hammy - 30*12, 10, 10, 40*6
standing calf -140*12, 140*10, 160*8, 160*8
stiff leg DB deadlift - 55*12



Day 27 - chest
I hate working chest... I can't really find a routine that works and I don't have a spotter... so it is tough to go to failure on BB exercises)

icarian chest press - 100*15, 140*12, 150*12, 160*10, 10
flat DB flyes - 30*10, 30*8, 35*8, 36*6+25*6
incline BB press - 135*10, 140*8, 150*6, 150*6 ...all easy, I never do this exercise and had no clue what weight to use
hi cable flyes/pushup superset - 50*10+18, 50*10+15, 50*8+12, 50*8+8




weigh-in 199 +25lbs in 27 days

I have one day left at 30mg... then back to 20mg for 2 weeks... will be interesting to see if the weight still keeps coming or if I plateau here. My diet has been spot on, so I expect that even if I don't gain any more weight, I'll get a little more dense. I went for a 10 minute jog the other nite... I am an aerobic out of shape mess... lol. My advice... do a little cardio on bulking cycles.

When I'm by myself here's what I do:

Flat Bench DB press
A few warmup sets 50s, 80s
then working sets 90s, 100s, 110s
Go to failure for the three sets. Try to hit failure around the 10, 8, and 6 rep mark for each of the sets.

Incline DB press
3 working sets. Higher rep range. 12, 10, and 8. Failure or close to it each set.
85s, 90s, 95s

Cable flies on flat bench. 3 working sets.
Do 5 reps both arms same time holding at the top; then do 5-8 more each arm individually. Do by raising both arms and contracting, but only let one arm drop while keeping the other contracted. When you reach failure, grab cables with fingers to keep from dropping and squeeze your chest HARD for a good 5 secs.

Time for steak and potatoes.

I like that. Will definitely try it!

I do take all my DB exercises to failure, but sometimes I like the feel of a barbell. Smith machine is an acceptable substitute, at times, but feels too rigid.

I just wanted to say ( comeing from a slight noob who has not cycled b4) this read is soooo damn intense it's like crack for crack-heads!!! i was falling asleep lastnight reading all of it. This is soo incredibly helpful and knowledable. (can't spell for Shat) man i just wanna say thanks and that is some sick weight/strength gains!!! don't take my advice being i'm only 20 and can't roid up yet but i do know that a high salt intake will cause extra water and raise in BP, i have a higher than normal BP and i am finding myself out of breath sometimes from just sitting here. now when it comes time for me to cycle would you sagest i go the Dbol route or test?

and it is a bit more difficult to get an erection, labored breathing and occassional slight disorientation...

Test is recommended for your first cycle (thats my plan), if you wish you can kick start the cycle with dbal for the first 3-6 weeks.

with all my reads and reports of dbol i really not fear but don't trust my body on dbol so i don't think i will try that, however tbol seems to be really good i will start a cycle with tbol and winstrol and log everything as well VO to let you all know how it goes.
