Yeah, my next(2nd) cycle planned is... maybe end of summer early fall

1-10wk test cyp 500mg
(1-4)wk dbol 30mg

the DBol is still in limbo. If I hold onto a decent bit of my size from this cycle, I will not add the Dbol. I started at 174lbs, weighed-in at 200 yesterday. If I can stay in the high 180s post cycle and lose a bit of the waist I've built this cycle, then I will leave DBol out of the next Test Cyp cycle.

So I finally found the cure to my allergy ailment this year. Last year flonase did the job, but to no avail this year. CHILDREN's F'N DIMETAPP. Grape flavor... have to drink half the bottle a day, but it actually works. It is an old-school antihistamine with a decongestant... works wonders.

Day 31... ARMS

BB curl 55*15, 95*8, 100*7, 100*6, 105*4, 55*12
hammer DB - I try to do, but my twinged right shoulder from a few days back starts KILLING me on the first rep... I have had this tenderness b4. Pain in the shoulder and the muscles wont fire. My rotator cuff is inflamed from the twinge... F ME
conc curl - 25*12, 30*10, 30*8, 30*8
icarian preacher - 50*12, 55*10, 52.5*8, 52.5*8
light cable rope hammer - 40*15, 45*12
1 arm cable pressdown - 40*12, 12, 10, 8 ... 20 secs rest btw sets
OH DB ext - 55*12, 75*10, 10, 10, 8
kickback - 25*13, 25*12

at this point I fell like I hal-assed it by babying my shoulder... so I finish off with 2 tri-sets skull crusher-pressdown-2 hand kickbak and cable curl-DB curl-reverse EZ bar curl ...there is the PUMP I want!


Day 32...
LEGS are scheduled for today... I am tired, and I know I will need another day to rest my shoulder b4 chest day, so I take today off and hit legs fresh man~ana.




Day 33 LEGS

I feel fresh today and I want to OWN the squat rack... the amount of weight I can hold on my back seems to be the limiting factor more than my legs. I train with no "gear" lol... meaning no belt, no straps, no wraps.

squat - 185*12, 285*11 (feels like I could've done 15 no sweat... why didn't I?), 305*9, 325*7, 325*6 ... I actually thought I was going to faint at this point. I've never fainted (apparently Arnold has dozens of times), but I felt damn close... kinda like I was in a bubble with the lights about to go out.
ext - 90*11, 11, 100*9, 9
hack slide 145*10, 145*10
I don't know if I am going to fall down or what, but I want to get out of there soon so I shortchange my hammy and calf work with a calf /hammy superset.
calf raise standing/seated hammy curl - 160*12/100*12, 160*10/100*10, 160*10/100*10. 160*10/110*8

I'm spent... weigh-in 200lbs +26lbs in 33 days

side note... I've been back at 20 mg down from 30mg for 5 days now and my nipples don't seem to be hard all the time anymore. Maybe just in my head, but they def seem softer. Also I just measured my right cold bicep(flexed) and it is pushing 17 inches. Day 1 it was 15.75, Day 19 - 16.5, Day 33 slightly under 17. I will post complete measurements and pics like I did b4... on day 42 (last day of D-Bol) of the cycle.

26lbs in 33 days!? Thats fkin crazy! Man thats nuts, you must look like a different person. Hopefully you will at least keep most of the strength. This log makes me want to get on NOW! lol, im still waiting though .

Yeah, I've put on a good bit of size, but my composition hasn't really changed. I'm just a bigger version of what I was. Personally, I actually think I look a little worse (and feel worse), but the goal of this cycle was not to hold up newspaper with some pecker smile, tan, and better lighting in a "body for life" ad. This cycle was about putting on as much mass as I could. I've done nearly zip cardio other than walking 2 miles back and forth to work. What I have learned is that cardio HAS to be included no matter what. If you don't do it you will feel like crap. My goals may be different than yours. Understand that I don't just want to look good for girls on the beach(although that is a plus), I want to compete in a regional BB show. That is one of my life's goals. After kidding myself as a natural for years, I decided to try gear after seeing the results some guys were getting who were absolutely lost in the gym when were all training naturally. These guys were retarded, but they went on gear and totally changed. I figured, if these guys can progress on it, I will make leaps and bounds bc I have the discipline they are lacking. I promised myself that if I ever did gear, everything would be done 100%. No shortcuts... as a natural it is too easy to get sidetracked with lack of progress. Seeing true progress on gear is such powerful motivation, at least for me.

So right now I am building the mass to refine later.

Thats where I'm at as well regarding mass. Right now I'm slimming down for the summer, and for a cycle as well. How has the cycle effected your bench strength?

I don't really bench that much... maybe once every 8-10 chest days. Off the top of my head, I'd say it's up 25lbs... but my other power movements are through the roof... especially my squat. My squat is up about 70lbs on a 6 rep set in 5 weeks. 255*6 to 325*7

been checking out your pics you posted a few pages back. i dont think theres much bloating at all if any, you can really, really tell the difference of mass in your arms.

UPDATE

Day 34 chest

incline DB press - 55*12, 75*10, 75*8, 80*6, 80*6... I love this exercise... ALWAYS find the right groove... my staple builder
incline flyes - 35*11, 35*9... SICK PUMP!
flat BB bench - 160*8, 160*8, 170*6, 175*6 ...I know I'm weak on this one, but it's my 3rd exercise and I rarely flat BB bench
hi cable flyes - 50*10, 50*8



Day 35... BACK

assisted chins - 40*12, 40*8, 40*7, 40*6+4 negs
seated cable row - 90*12, 100*10, 120*8, 120*8
lowerlat kickback - 15*12, 15*12+10*8
hammer 1arm row - 90*12, 105*8,, 115*6, 6
my heart is pounding at this point and I'm a little lightheaded so I skip dead lifts today and finish out with a light weight superset *2 - pullovers, EZ bar reverse grip row, pulldown, light stiff leg deadlift

8 minutes of cardio... it's a start! after doing none for 3 months



Day 36...
I feel much better after the light cardio yesterday... much more alert. Today is a rest day, but I think I will do some light cardio again and some ab work.

16 minutes of walk/run/walk on the tredmill... SHIN PUMPS have me nearly in TEARS
ab work w/the mrs.


Day 37... SHOULDERS
I feel great this morning... MUCH better than I've felt the whole cycle. I think it is the light aerobic work of the past 2 days. DEFINITELY recommend it... not to the point of serious calorie burning, but enough to get blood moving and keep the heart healthy with all the extra weight.

seated BB press - 95*13, 145*8, 150*6, 150*5, 155*4, 100*12
OH DB flyes - 20*12, 20*12
icarian side delt machine - 40*12, 12, 50*10, 50*8+40*6+30*4
shrug machine - 90*12, 110*8, 110*8, 120*6
upright cable rope row - 60*12, 65*10, 70*8, 70*8
rear delt DB - 20*15, 12, 12, 12... right rear shoulder still twinged, butgetting better


no weigh-in this time as my last workout was in the mng... I prefer to keep the weigh-in consistent at 6pm


I couldn't resist, so I took more pics on DAY 35... here they are for comparison. white Day 1, black Day 19, gray Day 35... you can see, there is a MASSIVE difference btween 174 on day 1 and 200 on day 35. I can only upload 5 pics, so there is no Day 19 back, just day 1 and 35.
