I thought I'd post my first cycle log for you guys to follow along. What I am doing is going to seem really light and not recommended by most as it seems the current consensus for Dbol only cycles is a no-go. That being said, I would call this cycle my test in the AAS waters as I have a Dbol wks 1-4 30mg ED and Test Cyp wks 1-10 500mg/wk planned if I am happy with how my body handles the following:
Dbol - yellow Anabol 10mg split in 2 doses week1 20mg ED week2 20mg ED week3 30mg ED week4 30mg ED week5 20mg ED week6 20mg ED week7 20mg Nolva ED week8 20mg Nolva ED I know that pyramiding your doses is also not recommended but for the amount I have this is the best way to do it and save the right amount to kickstart the next cycle (I don't feel like breaking pills either). My stats: AGE: 26 HEIGHT: 5'9 WEIGHT 174 EXP: 10yrs naturally, 3 consistent BF: Gym caliper said 6%, I say closer to 10%... I am heavier than usual chest 41.5 waist 33.5 thigh 23.5 calf 15.5 bicep 15.75 I don't measure what I eat, but I eat 3 large meals with 3 hi protein snacks and designer protein powder with whole milk... I eat all day whatever I want whole foods. My training is a five day split. Day 1 - Shoulders 2 - Arms Abs 3 - Legs 4 - Chest 5 - Back 6 - Rest 7 - Repeat day 1 For those of you who use Dbol, when do you feel it kick in? I know the half like is 3-5 hours, but does it take a few days to build in the body before you start to get the super pumps? I have been taking 10mg 2X daily for the past 2 days and haven't noticed much change... remember I am an absolute steroid novice never touched a chemical... (I've heard stories of guys getting sick jaw pumps from chewing gum... or getting shin splints just walking around on Dbol). Is there any other tell that it is working? Thx, I will keep you up. -VO |

if you knew that no one would recommend this why would you do it?
please keep us posted and be sure to keep posting about your results after your cycle so next time someone asks what i think about an oral only cycle i can just show them your thread. |

I just know the current board consensus... whether here or elsewhere is to use a long acting ester in addition to a kickstart versus a 6 week oral cycle. I wanted to do something relatively mild (although I realize Dbol as a chemical is anything but mild), but from my research, at these doses <30mg/day, sides are relatively controllable if not non-existant. I just want to see how my body responds to the AAS before going on a long acting Test Cyp @ 500 mg/week. -VO |

So here is the first 3 days of the log. I will try to update every 3 days.
Day 1 - Worked arms today after taking first 10mg dose 1.5 hrs pre workout. I a much better pump although the pump was "flatter" than usual. WHen I flexed nothing happened, but I was totally swollen and had extra endurance... not sure if it works this quickly or if I was just overly excited. BB curl - 45*15, 85*8, 90*6, 90*6, 95*4, 45*12 hammer - 32.5s*8, 32.5*8, 35*6, 40*5 , 20*12 conc. curl - 20*12, 20*10 reverse EZ curl - 45*12, 40*10 pressdown 75*12, 140*10, 145*8, 145*8, 150*6, 75*12 OH 2H DB ext - 45*12, 60*8, 60*7, 65*5, 65*4 kickback - 17.5*12, 17.5*12 dips 18, 16 ab rope pull took 2nd dose 10mg @ 4pm Day 2 - Arms are sore. Today is leg day. I've noticed I get a little warm after taking the Dbol. Leg day is tough... my knee is a little twinged, so squats hurt at times. I found myself lightheaded and out of breath during my the workout.. I was drenched! Don't know if it is Dbol related or not, but I feel as if I've been working out in thin air a mile high. squat -135*17, 225*12, 235*10, 245*8, 255*6, 135*12 single leg ext. - 10*12, 11*12, 11*10, 11*10 hack squat - sled + 120*12, sled + 120*12 hammy curl 50*12, 85*8, 90*6, 90*6, 95*4, 50*10 calf - 12*12, 13*10, 13*10, 14*8, 15*6 seated calf - 60*12, 60*10, 65*8, 70*8 took 2nd dose 4pm Day 3- Legs are sore... walking to work this morning I am getting small pumps in my thighs... by the time I get there, my jeans are feeling a little tighter. Chest day... incline DB press - 45*12, 75*8, 75*6, 75*5, 80*4, 45*12 incline flyes - 30s*11, 30*10, 32.5*8 flat smith bench - 135*12, 160*8, 160*8, 165*7, 165*6 machine flyes - 80*12, 80*10 pushups 23 ab rope pul added creatine back to my routine today... I have been off for 3 weeks after 10 weeks of consecutive use and my joints are hurting a bit as I have been working heavy for almost 12 weeks now. I find creatine gives me some joint support from the water it holds. All in all my first 3 days have been satisfactory, although I am not sure I am taking enough @ 20mg/day. Time will tell. This is a good thread ViennaOak and should eventually validate the current board consensus. At first I wasn't certain about what you are doing but with some thought I was able to understand why you are going this route. It will be nice to see how much you gain then how much you lose over the next few months. Your posts are excellent. Keep up the good work.
