What's the best building approach?!

Hey, does anyone here have an idea as to what i should do, im currently 140lbs and want to stay in the 155 weight class, what should i do(please list) to get the most out of the 15lbs i can afford?(without going over) Or should i just bulk to 170lbs the next weight, and if so then use what? Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks guys!

well, eat all natural peanut butter, add protein shakes 6x/day and you'll naturally bulk up...easy

Im 17, i know that diet is a HUGE part, besides alot of protein shakes what else can i do. I want lean-mass. Every pound makes a difference, so i cant have alot of "extra weight"

Actually for you diet is everything. I know it's tedious but you really need to start counting calories and their breakdown for each meal into Protein, Carbs and Fat. You need to shoot for 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fats and I suggest somewhere around 2000+ calories a day but you haven't mentioned how tall you are which would help to narrow that down.

Do you lift regularly? What type of splits? How often?
There's no need for AAS to get to 155 lbs. That's just ridiculous and espcially at 17 years old. Put in the work and you'll get the return. There's no short cut without getting fat.
