critique of second cycle

Hi guys...

Can you give me a critique of my next cycle. I'm just looking to put on some lean, quality muscle here (ie avoid bloating). Gaining a ton of size isn't my objective. But I'm hoping this cycle will give me some decent results.

My first cycle was last Fall and can be seen here: first cycle

And fyi, my stats are:

Stats:
30 yrs old, training for 13 yrs
5’11’’, 170lbs, approx. 13% BF

My cycle is as follows:

Wk 1-10
Sust 200mg bi-weekly (with pre-load of 400mg for first inj.)

Wk 3-6
Anavar 20mg 2x daily

Wk 7-10
Oral Winny 20mg 2x daily

Wk 3-10
Arimidex-liquidex .25mg E3D

WK 13-17
Nolva 20mg ED

...and hopefully HCG @ 250ui 2x wk beginning mid-cycle to keep the boys in check.

You weigh less now than before your first cycle. What have you been doing to lose muscle mass? That's the first thing I would ask and think you would want to find out. I know for one your protein intake isn't consistently high enough. You better work things like that out first or you are just wasting money on a cycle. I really don't like your cycle either but you will love it while your on the cycle. When it's over there goes everything and during recovery you won't be worth a nickle. Let's find out why you weigh less now than before you first cycle and go from there. That's the most honest answer I can give you.

Question. Are you looking to bulk or cut? Because you need to figure that one out. With the slew of different compounds it looks like you're not sure. IMO you need to look at every cycle with bulk in mind and try to eat accordingly. You can always cut off-cycle. After pct mind you. If you're doing winny your joints might have issues so keep that in mind with the a-dex. My 2 cents.

My goal is to bulk, but not at the expense of being 'puffy' with excess water weight. My goal is to keep the same BF% and put on 15-20 lbs max. I will eat for bulk while I'm on, just like I did the first time around. I gained 15lbs of solid mass during my first cycle, but unfortunately got really sick during PCT. I could barely keep anything down for a week and couldn't workout (bad flu). I lost all of my gains from the cycle, but came out a bit more cut than I did going into it. Very frustrating.

I'm hoping for gains I can keep after my next cycle. My PCT may have started a bit too early last time so I'm going to delay that a few days and I'm going to eat even more than I did the first time (although 15lbs on my first cycle - even if it was all lost - was quite impressive). Any other advice you may have to help me retain those gains would be most appreciated.

keepin the same bf is hard....especially when ur tryin to put on that kinda weight.....i suggest some a-dex to keep as much of the bloat off as possble.... somethin like .5ml, every 3 days..hope this helps

I would maybe stretch it out to 12 weeks but other than that looks fine.

For what you want it will probably get you there. Since it's only your second cycle. Since you're running arimidex you could get by with a little higher dose of sustanon. I think you'll get a lot better gains. Running that winstrol should help harden your gains too. It does look good the more I look at it but it's not a huge mass gainer without upping the sustanon. One more thing I would do is to put just a touch of hcg into the pct phase. Not much, just a little to get you going again. Overall it does look well thought out for what you want.

Man that sucks.....Getting sick when your test is already down. Sorry to diss you. Cycle does look good. I would also up the sust as well. Good luck!

I assumed he was doing a total of 400mg sus per week in two injections. If this is the case then 400 is ok and bloat will be easier to control.
