Read my cycle log... just some labored breathing... for PCT I am going to use Nolva 20mg ED 2 wks... as for water, I would say I am holding no more than I do with just creatine. I don't look any puffier than b4.

your diet is very vague and probably not half as good as you make it out to be, and think it is. keep eating, thats it. if you do decide to though, don't ever think about dbol only. waste of time

I agree completely ! Im a couple months shy of being 39 and about 3 1/2 weeks into my 1st test cycle. My diet-cardio-and training have always been in check but somewhere around 35 yrs old I just couldnt lose the fat as easily. The fat is now literally melting off with no other variables being changed, except the AAS.

Okay fella's....there is no reason in the world to inject test c three times a week. Dr.'s prescribe it at every two weeks. I'm down for doing it weekly to keep blood levels a little more even. Two days a week only because you need to split up the volume when running another compound. Just wanted to get that out there.

Okay, you have one vote for a dbol only cycle and the rest of us would like you to run a test only cycle instead. I hope that helps you make up your mind. I don't even have a problem with you running dbol for the first 4 weeks of your test only cycle. I can't believe you're plateaued already so you better look at switching up your routine while you cut your body fat.

Hello, this seems like the positive way to go. Before I start any cycle I am going to rearrange my training program, add in some more cardio and fine tune the diet. Hopefully I'll make some gains staying natural before taking this serious step.

I shall be watching the progress of ViennaOak on Dbol only closely. I already have 100 tabs of Dianabol LA and I may run a Dbol cycle only before Test C, with PCT then wait and run a Test C only cycle. Taking time to make the right choice, doing more research, seems like the best move.

I have done dbol only cycles,they are ok, but like fcpcjc try test c or test e, you will
be very pleased with the result.

When the cycle was over did you keep most of your gains? Did you run into any problems on Dbol like Gyno, water retention?
