"Taking Dianabol without stacking"

Hello All

This is my first post so I hope you'll all go easy

I have been training hard now for several months and have reached a plateau. Before using steroids I have weighed up the pros & cons (risks to health) but I am stumped on whether to take Dianobol only or to stack it with Testoviron or similar. I would prefer not to stack to begin with and run a cycle of Dbol, 20mg a day for 6 days, 1 day off for a period of 6 weeks. I appreciate the gains from Dbol alone will not equal the ‘stacking’, but would be happy to keep 50% of any gains on Dbol when the cycle is over.

My main concern is why so many say not use Dbol on its own? Is this simply because the gains will be lost or are there other issues?

yeah buddy no one here is gonna give you advice on oral only cycles as their a waste of time and can be quite harmful... one of the more experianced guyswill inform you of the in's and out's of the oral only cycle and the advantages and disavantages of it but in my opinoion i would stay away especially dbol ...oral only winstrol,anavar is heard of but compounds like dbol , androl ect would be usless

What are your goals?
How much do you weigh? Your height? Age? Body fat %? Workout history? How's your diet? Years training?

Dbol only cycles will produce fast, wet gains. Once you come off of the compound, even after a proper PCT, you will lose anywhere from 40 - 100% of the gains you worked so hard to get. This can be avoided by: adding Test E or C @ 500mgs/wk

Alot of people won't recommend, but that doesn't mean you can't do a DBol only cycle. Plenty of people have done them... I read Anthony Roberts gained 25lbs and kept half but like they say everyone is different. I am currently doing a Dbol only cycle and posting the cycle log for the board. I update it every 3 days. So far I have gained 9lbs in 10 days. You can wait until I am done and I run PCT in 4.5 weeks and then make your choice. I am posting pics for comparison at the end. You will see pre-cycle, post cycle (prePCT), and then after PCT. Then make your decision. Keep in mind that eveyone is different and I train extremely hard and am very consistent in diet and training intensity. If you don't put in the intensity and treat it as a top priority, stay off the juice. Like they said, give an intro, some history and stats and then people will help!

My goal is to increase mass and strength with good definition.

I weigh 198 lbs, height is 5’,10”, age 37, body fat 18-20%, previous workouts 12 years ago (long time I know), current training 8 months, diet is very good; 150-200 grams of protein from whey in between meals of fish, steak, pasta, rice, yogurt, eggs, milk, and plenty of water.
I have used Creatine 300 in 4 week cycles for the past 2 months with 1 week off in between. Results from this have been relatively good with more explosive workouts and extra energy on that final couple of reps. I have also recently added in Animal Pak multi-vitamins and minerals (11 tabs).

I appreciate your advice on the Dbol. Sorry, what is Test E or C, Testoviron ? Would Testoviron 250mg mix well with Dbol, 2 shots a week, perhaps running along with Dbol for 4 weeks only? How long should the cycle on Testoviron last?

Your input is interesting and encouraging.

Your gains are excellent, have you noticed much water retention in the first 10 days? Any other unwanted side effects?

What PCT will you use, clomid?

You should bring your BF down a bit before starting a cycle.

No offense, and not trying to sound like mr. dick, but, 8 months isnt all that long of lifting to be considering steroids.

BUT, however, at your age, your body could benefit from Testosterone in more ways than just bodybuilding.

You can use the DBOL, but it being your first cycle you don't really need it. It's best to only run 1 compound your first cycle to see how your body reacts to it.

I would suggest holding off the dbol for now, and doing a simple 12 week cycle of:

Test C or E (read the profiles under the steroid profile section for more info) @ 500mg/Every Week

PCT
Nolvadex
20/20/20/20

Now this advice I'm giving you is after you do more research. If you are unsure what Test C and E are, you definitely need more research. Take some time, learn everything, ask more questions, then make the leap to the darkside.

I agree with fcpcjc^^^ your body fat is way too high. Get your diet in order or you will just get fat. 8 months training is really not that long to reach a plateau already. Change up your training. It sounds like your body is just used to what you are doing.
