Progress on my first cycle!!!

Well, I am 2 weeks in for my cycle: Sustanon 500mg\wk for 12 weeks, and T-bol 30mg\day for first 4 weeks, also throwing in some Winstrol for the last 4 weeks.

I know it is a little early to say, but man, I think the t-bol is kicking in or the short esters in the Sustanon since my strength seems to be on a steady skyrocket. My bench press has increased 40 lbs in 2 weeks, which is HUGE for me. I went from 300lbs to 340llbs (universal machine) Also, every other exercise has gone up in strength as well, just not as much.
Now, I know people say there can be some 'bloating' when using Test which hasn't seem to happen yet, though my bodyfat has dropped about 1.5% and I am starting to look much more vascular!!!! WOW!! I have also gained 5 pounds. I was expecting to gain bodyfat due to the higher calorie intake but it doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe I will not even need the Winstrol!!!! But, I am throwing it in anyways cause I want that hardened look. This shit is da shit!

Dont worry too much about bloat at 500/sust-its a good drug. I forgot your age, but if your a little low on natural test, you may see a lot of fat burning going on. A lot of guys my age(36) are seing that. good progress btw

been working out off and on since age 16. I'm pretty dedicated right now, obviously more than ever before and have been going steady now for almost 3 years straight, but MOST importantly, my diet is perfect now, and has been for a long time, just looking to finally break the 200lbs mark and hold on to it.
I am not someone who really stores a lot of fat. Even on the worst diets you can think of, my bodyfat has never exceeded approximately 16% give or take .5% Though I will lose a lot of definition if I don't stay strict.

Sounds like your on some good gear and am guessing your diet is on point to see that sort of strength increase.

Yeah! But I haven't seen any real size increases yet though. I am assuming it is too early to notice that yet. But if this is just the starting.... wow!

this is a stupid question - but how do you post a thread on this site? I have been working out for over 10 years. I am ACE Certified and I used to be a trainer on the side after playing baseball. I can't tell anyone that I want to take some gear, because my family/friends are all very religious and I don't want to hear it from them.

I am 28, 5'9" and weigh a solid 185
My body fat is 8%

I have a very strict diet plan - eat 5-6 times a day with, protien shakes supplemented into my diet every day - 3 times a day. I take in about 250 grams of Protein a day.

I have hit a plateau - I want more size, but stay lean. I am about a few hours away from ordering Winstrol and Anavar to gain more Strength, little size and stay lean and get more Vascular and Ripped.

Is this ok....or do you think I should do something else. I'd like to gain 10lbs total, but stay lean and ripped. Please advise....holla back
