How Many days in a row should i take anavar?

Hey lifters, i was hoping if a someone could please inform me if i should be taking anavar 7days a week, or just on the days im working out?

I work out 5 days a week, at 40 mgs. It's my first time taking an AAS, its a cutting cycle for 8 weeks. Thanks.

It's the cycle you can make the most gains with. You only get one golden cycle. Are you certain you want to waste it on an anavar cycle? Why don't you post up your stats such as age, weight, years lifting. While you're at it post up what you eat on a daily basis with a breakdown of your macro nutirents of Carbs, Protein, and Fat. With that we can help you and make recommendations.

if you are going to do anavar..you are suppose to do it everyday....its a steroid...and it needs to build up in your system.

with that in mind..anavar by itself is kinda pointless...if you are going to do steroids...you might as well do it right...add testosterone enanthate to your cycle and you're good to go..

I'm taking var along with some other things and I'm taking 50mg on workout days and 30mg on rest days. This seems to be working well for me

Just reading that makes me think that you should be taking it 0 days a week because you haven't done enough research .
