you've got a lot of learning to do my friend.

PCT = Post cycle therapy.

Its what is necessary after you have done a cycle of steroids to get your body back to normal fuctions and reduce/eliminate side effects.

Things for you to look up:

Arimidex
Nolvadex
Clomid for PCT

So.. If I were to choose Anavar as my roid, afterwards or maybe even half way through my cycle I could start taking Nolvadex and Clomid PCT? One main reason I was looking at Anavar is because of the low side effects, so would I still need to take these as a PCT for cautionary reasons? I don't necessarily care if I gain 5 or 10 pounds, I just don't want to get a bulky look.. I'm shooting for more of a "beach type body" I guess you could say. Again thanks alot for the knowledge and help

deca is great IMO...but not for what you are doing. Deca is purely a mass builder. Forget burning fat with deca. If you where to do deca, i would no doubt tell you to grab nolva and clomid. Might even tell you to get some HCG...you would have to run deca with a testosterone. Otherwise your buddy downstairs aint gonna work

Okay.. I've ruled out Deca with the purely mass part and the buddy downstairs not working.. LOL.. How about Anavar and a testosterone such as Tess Enthanate 350?

The clomid isnt necessary, but since youre trying to burn some fat i'd say go for it. The nolva by itself would be a good PCT. I'll also give you some excellent advice...get some form of testosterone to run with your cycle. Sustanon will lead to the least amount of side effects (bloat, water retention etc...) bt a strong pct will be necessary. Overall, the best first cycle you can do is just testosterone and nothing else. Due to your size, i think you should be fine using the anavar with a form of testosterone.

Generally pct is run 1 week after you finish your cycle. You would jumpstart the PCT by having 40mg of nolva, then for the following weeks you would use 20. There are some folks on this board that are much better at PCT than myself for advice. Take a look at posts by access...he is great at pct instruction.

I would've never known that you weren't an expert!lol.. You have educated me alot with just this discussion.. I appreciate it.. Will the testosterone cause me to want to choke somebody out for no reason or over the smallest disagreements? LOL.. I'm sort of worried about that because I'm not too crazy about my boss anyway.. Correct me if I'm wrong but their are several reasons to take a PCT right? Some for side effects and some for allowing you to keep your gains post cycle?

That would be a good cycle IMO. Some people on this forum will dissagree..you should wait till one of them does and find out why so you have more than one opinion...the more opinions you get the better...i'tll only help you in the long run.

Test e @ 500mgs a per week for 10 weeks - 250 on sunday and another 250 on wednesday

50-60mgs Anavar every day for 6 weeks.

PCT. 40mg/20mg/20mg/20mg (nolva) every day

(wait for access to advise...or someone else who is good at designing pct...)

there are specifics behind when to start taking your PCT, I dont want to give you misinformation.

everything that I have told you is infomation I am either relaying from research or from other members on this board. It'll all quality =)

As for increase in aggression, it will happen, but for the most part it is controllable. If you are prone to getting angry you might need to watch for it a bit more. For the most part, it is a manageable "side effect"...use it to your advantage at the gym (but dont hurt your back!)

Also - forgot to add - You are correct when saying that the pct will assist in keeping gains.

not a problem. You'll find the people on this board are good people making sure that if someone is going to move forward with AAS, that they do it right so they dont get hurt. We look out for the best interest of others just as we would hope the same to us from others.
