Great post Access .... I have typed my fingers to the bone trying to get peeps to understand this .. So many peeps have heard over and over again how estrogen is evil and think that it should be destroyed .. This is clearly not the case ( like I say in my article ...estrogen's role is very important to the muscle building process, you dont want to try and destroy it ) ...

There are so many people that unnecessarily use AI's ..
