yes 250mg a week is fine for a first timer, many have done just that with reasonible results including myself.

gained 25lbs off 250mg of sus in eight weeks (used 30mg of var) throughout the cycle as well...but most of the gains i put down to the sus...

i firmly believe that 250mg of sustanon is an awesome way for a beginner to test the waters...as long as you ensure that you have both nolva and a-dex on hand throughout the cycle

My fourth cycle ever, I gained 30 lb off of sus 250, retained twenty. And retained the muscle memory too. GREAT product. But for a first timer, being the golden cycle, I would go with 500, and get the most out of your receptors being totally saturated for the very first time. Youll grow like a weed. Cyp or enanthate would be fine too. Sust will hit you quicker though.

wow I asked this same question about 2 mo ago and except for Garra the overwhelming advice was run minimum 500mg wk of Sust. Im not saying there is a right or wrong answer and now being on wk 6 of my cycle, I now know, that I probably could have seen great results off just the 250mg wk. Im currently about 20 lbs heavier only 5 wks in.

Nice gains. I'm sure you would have seen good gains off of 250mgs but you can't go wrong with 500mgs either.

I see no problem in running 250mgs/wk. A positive of this would be to give you time to react to the test and judge it's effects on your body. I would make sure though that diet and training is spot on. I plan on running 350mgs/wk on my next cycle here soon... keep us updated on your progress.
