Planning for a cycle

Good day all:

I have been thinking of running a cycle for the past couple of months. I have been reading the forums like a madman in order to ensure that I make the proper decision. I am 32 and have been working out for almost 2 decades. However, I have not worked out regularly for the last two years due to work, family, and a loss of training focus. Here are my stats:

age:32
weight: 222
bf: 15%
Height: 6’1”

Goal: I have some experience with juice as I ran three cycles while in the marines (deca/sus each time). I am not really concerned with adding a shit ton of size as I would like to be around a solid 220-230. Once I complete my fat loss diet and am ready to cycle I expect to be around 210-215 lbs. Thus, I am looking to add some solid lean mass.

I am currently working out hard and eating a disciplined diet. I basically tailored my diet using several of the posts located in the diet section, i.e. I am currently eating a diet that will reduce bf, whereas, I will up the calories once I cycle.

I am not expecting to start my cycle for around 6-12 months. It just depends how long it takes me to get to around 10% bf and be back to where I was prior to taking a leave of absence from the gym. I would really like to run a cycle of the following:
• Sus 250
• EQ
• Anavar

Would this cycle be what I am looking for? As I am still a ways off from being ready to run a cycle, I am going to continue my research. However, I would like to get my stuff ordered so I have it on hand.

For PCT I was thinking of running Nolva for 3 weeks at 20 mg/day. In addition, when I get my stuff from a sponsor I am planning on getting some A-dex just in case. Sufficient?

In conclusion, I just wanted to thank you guys for all of your previous posts as I have been reading several of them and they are extremely helpful.

holy crap....this is nearly unheard of. This man did all of his research and understands what needs to be done even before he friggen posted....I congratulate you. You even posted your stats first...remarkable. I thank you for doing this...

IMO, due to not really wanting to gain a ton of mass, you might just want to go with the sus250 and the EQ. The PCT you have designed looks good to me, but I am only mediocre at PCT. All of the PCT items you have selected I can tell you are the correct ones. As for dosage and length of PCT I cannot help very much.

Looks like you coud run Sust at 250 - 500mg a week EQ at 400mg a week, I don't think you would need the Var. Wait 2-3 weeks from last injection and Nolva at 20mg a week for 4 weeks.

I actually like your cycle plan. I also like the dose that Smiley outlined and I would think you could see some nice lean gains. Make sure you get enough eq to run it 12 to 14 weeks as it gives slow but lean gains over time.

I agree with dropping the var, Most of the specialty cutting stuff is better used for fighters, wrestlers, powerlifters, etc. Hell, I'd use the var for pre-cycle cutting, now theres a novell idea!

Here's something else you might want to drop. I'm not a big fan of EQ and I think you can get what you want from the sustanon only. Run it at 600mg a week for 14 weeks.

1-14 600 mg's
2-12 arimidex as needed (you could substitute aromasin here if you want)
Week 13-18 low dose aromasin
hcg during and for pct
Nolvadex 20/20/10/10

I have no problems with what your looking to do and unlike Haz I love EQ. I nearly always will include when I run a cycle. The vascularity and nice steady gains you get from it are terrific. Not sure where you wanting to run the Var at the end of beginning but would probably go early to take advantage of some stregth increases it offers.
