Test Prop and proper diet advice??

well in 2 weeks i will start a little cycle of Test prop for 5 week along with ca 2250 kcal...

My goal is to loose about 5 kg whitout loosing any muscle, maybi build some more.

Stats are: 102 kg, trained for a loong time, done one cycle befor (test E cycle).


This is my Diet:

Morning: 120 grams whit oatmeal, 5 dl milk with little fat, 45 grams protein powder. omega 3 tablets, cla and 3 tablets with calscium.

Dinner 1: 175-200 grams with chicken, fish or beef. with 40 grams of rice.

Dinner 2: Same as above...

Before training: 10 g kreatine, 10 grams glutamine, 30 grams of carbo powder.

After workout: 60 grams protein powder, 10 grams kreatine, 10 grams glutamine and 50 grams of carbo powder.

Dinner 3: 175-200 grams with chicken, fish or beef. with salad. and a little spoon with udos choose...

Half houer befor bed: 45 grams of casein protein, zma and cla.


What do you guys think??
is this diet okay, or should i eat more or less??

I would add 5 grams of BCAA's to your pre workout and before bed shake and 10 grams after workout shake. These are going to aid in protein synthesis which will help guard against muscle wasteage and aid the prop in it's work. They also help with energy levels which your going to feel with that low a calorie intake especially if your also doing cardio which I strongly advise if your goal here is to reduce bodyfat primarily as I am sure it is.

yeah, im doing moderat cardio 3 times a week after workout, and 3-5 times a week in the morning if the weather is good...

well in the morning its more like fast walking befor the first meal..
