I supplement 100, of my 200 grams of protien a day. Its a lot but I could not do it otherwise...

I also use bcaa's And i think most supplements do help, i just sucks that you are paying for ink, and some g-string coed marketing type to decide what we want to hear.

I am very skeptical of supplement claims also. But I am going to try Primordials test recovery stack when I begin PCT in a week. I will let you know if it is all hype. It seems to get good reviews. Anyone else tried it?
