You can type in post cycle therapy on google. There are lot's of places to get information. For the most part if you don't use post cycle therapy you lose the gains you got on cycle. You will more than likely have some trouble with gynocomastia and your testicles which have shriveled up during the cycle will have trouble producing testosterone for a long time. During that time you will hang flaccid and unable to satisfy your right or left hand depending on which one you use. You won't even be able to get it up for an apple pie.

hazcat, I'm feeling pretty foolish as my last source just told me 8 weeks on- 8 weeks off my dbol cycle was good enough. To me that meant on my 8 weeks off I did nothing. Now I want to do it right. I ordered some test-e from A-S but really have no clue how long I should be on it and what I should take when I'm off (also how long should I be off). I know there's a whole list of products available to me but I'll I plan to take is 1 ml (250 mg/ml) of test-e every 10 days.

Should I cancel the order until I know what I need for both the on and off cycles? Any advice to all this?
