Read an interesting article about the German Olympic Weightlifting coach back in the day when the Germans were unbeatable. He did a little experiment with some of the guys he was working with. He decided to test a theory he had about compound movements and isolation exercises for arms. He measured then put half on some intense bicep and tricep exercises. The other half did compound lifts only and no isolation lifts for any muscles. After a period of time that I don't remember...maybe six months, he remeasured and they all had the same increase in the arms. Anyway, I said all that to say.....WORK THOSE LEGS!!!!

seems like an awesome article haz....im a firm believer in the fact that big biceps are bulit during the back compunds and tri's during chest compunds...isolation exercises for these muscle groups i belive are merely means to strengthen tendens as well as increasing muscle strirations..but ya as mr rat said squat till you puke...
