Is It Time?

I have been reading a few post about guys being to young to try there first cycle? whats a good age to start? im 22 bout to be 23 been lifting for about 2 years now and i feel like ive hit my peak for about the past 6 months, Im 6,1 165 lbs. Bench 245, I Admit i do have a poor diet its hard to take in as many calories as i need with my job, Do you guys thinks its time to try a cycle?

I would hate to see you run a cycle that didn't get you the gains you expect and most imiportantly won't keep. Being bigger means eating bigger from then on. What would be very beneficial is if you started packing a cooler for work with the meals you need throughout the day. That would be number one to get you past the plateau.

thats a good idea hopefully I can Stay dedicated to plan the meals, training isnt my main problem, im dedicated to going to the gym and sticking to my schedule its the eating that kills me.

I agree....working out is fun but packing those meals day in and day out gets old. I have to remind myself that it's a piece of the puzzle and the puzzle doesn't look right without that piece.

You have to feed yourself constantly... everyone coming into my office normally catches me eating something during the day.

yea im going to get serouse about eating starting today, if it doesnt work looks like its time for a cycle.

No if it doesn't work it isn't time for a cycle, if you aren't getting the calories what makes you think you will grow with AAS? You may puff up a little but you wont grow and you will loose all of you gains very quickly.
If you can get the diet sorted then that is the time to look at a cycle.

if it doesnt work then it wont work with a cycle dude, AAS is nothing without everyday 100% dedicated sky high nutrition day in day out.

I have said it before and I will say it again..............IT'S THE DIET !!


Steroids are not going to get you where you need to be if you can't be dedicated to your diet. If you have no more self discipline than this, you don't need steroids. You need to get real and understand that the diet is about 85 - 90 % of everything you are trying to do. AND YES, IT IS THAT CRUCIAL !!!

Get your balls out , wipe them off, and then settle down and commit yourself to doing what needs to be done. If you don't eat right, you will never get to the point you want to get to. You may grow a little and you may even have some muscles come up but in the end, when you stop (and we always do), you will be right back where you started or worse.

Is it time, I have no idea but I do know this, if you are this lazy about your diet, it isn't time. You need a reality check and here it is, get the diet down, be committed to it and practice it like it's a freaking religion. If you do this.............YOU WILL GROW.


If you want to do them anyway, go right ahead but I am telling you that you need to get some dedication about you and realize that what you are doing, is not what you want to be doing.

.dude i dont know if your going to have to goto the lenghts i did, but this is what i did, i lost my temper with not puttin weight on so i started eaiting my ballacks off everyday unil i was nearly sick, once i was physically sick in the night i stuffed myself that much sometimes in anger that i couldnt eat, its gonna be painful at first and horrible but this is what will happen.

first few days, youll start filling yourself to the max, youll feel tired bloated and sick after the first week or so.

The next week it will become a little uncomfortable, a week or so after youll actually start finding it hard to get full and it will start to feel good and totally normal.

when your full and you cant eat anymore, EAT SOME DAM MORE and you will grow.
