Starting 2nd cycle...with some leftover gyno

I originally posted this in the wrong forum when I signed up last week, but I'm looking for a little advice heading into cycle #2. I'll be going with 500mg/week of sust along with 400mg/week of deca for 12 weeks. I've got some dex and letro on hand just in case, and plan to run nolva, aromasin, and potentially some hcg during PCT. This is almost identical to my first cycle I did about 3 years ago, and while I know "shocking" my body with new drugs might produce better gains, I did get excellent gains the first time around with no major side effects. I figure the old cliche 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' applies rather well.

I do have some VERY mild gyno leftover from the first cycle though and would like to get rid of it before I get going with #2. It's kind of odd actually in that I didn't even really notice it until months after I was done. I really can't stress how mild it is though - only one small lump under one nip, and even that one I have to dig for and it isn't sensitive to the touch at all. Without a shirt on, I don't really look abnormal at all. However, I was thinking of running some letro for a couple weeks right before I start my next cycle to hopefully get rid of what little gyno I do seem to have. Was thinking of starting at .50mgs a day, working up to 2.5 until the symptoms dissipate, then tapering back off. Assuming it doesn't take like 8 weeks to get rid of, I figured I could get going on my cycle shortly thereafter and stick with dex as my main AI during that time. Any input on this plan is greatly appreciated.

That looks like a decent plan but why did you get gyno the first time?

as a precuationary measure you should perhaps gets some dostinex or bromocriptine to keep on hand during the cycle...the nolva, a-dex and letro will prevent estrogen related gyno but excessive prolactin levels, which is a concern when using either deca or tren, may result in progesterone related gyno...

Nice call Garra. I was trying to narrow down if he had thought about that from the first cycle so we wouldn't repeat it this time.

I was thinking the same thing. You know it wouldn't hurt to check it out with a doctor to even see if it is. I mean what's the point of wasting the letro if you don't need to?

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure how I got it the first time. Like I mentioned, I didn't even notice it until long after I was done with my PCT. To your point, access, both my dad and younger brother have full-fledged man boobs (and neither is overweight) so I suspect I may have some genetic pre-disposition to swollen nips anyway. I could just be a little paranoid, this may not be gyno at all.

I do have some dost on hand this time around - forgot to mention that - which wasn't the case last time. Perhaps some poor planning on my part last cycle, but I will say I never experienced the dreaded "deca dick" so I don't suspect that my current condition is progesterone related but who knows. I'm actually getting a full physical next week and plan to ask my doc what he thinks of it. Like I said, it's really not noticeable in any major way, just more annoying than anything. I even made a comment to the GF about it recently and she said "I don't even know what you're talking about".

Sounds like a good plan with asking your doc during he physical. It also sounds like you have all the bases covered with the AI's and dostinex. If you're going to play the game then you need to have those on hand and you've learned that before your second cycle. Nice job, you're obviously reading and learning which I applaud whole heartedly. Job well done!

Thanks for the praise guys, if there's one thing I've learned through experience and research it's that preparation is everything. Even as inexperienced as I am, it kills me that in this day and age with all the readily available information, we still see posts like "I'm on week 6 of my cycle with B cup tits, think I should try to get some nolva or something?". Will keep you all posted on the results from the physical and how that impacts my plan of attack...
