Shut Up And Squat

am experiencing more than normal inj. pain in left glute, 250 sustaject thursday, no redness swelling or heat just extreme soreness, inj. are given by a medical professional so not to worried about infect. today is leg day,ext.,curls,calf raises and squats(not looking forward to these). I dont wont to screw up my split but would rather be safe than sorry. would you guys reccamend a day off or "SHUT UP AND SQUAT"

If it is that bad then do not squat.

It seems that sustanon and enanthate give people the most problems. Of course that's probably because so many more run then instead of test cyp. I just never had any problems except when I injected too much into a bicep..lesson learned that 3ml's is too much for a bicep inject.

I would just change up the split and do legs in a few days or you could just leave out squats and do the extentions, curls and calves.

If it's just soreness you may find a leg day eases the pain by working the soreness out of the muscle.

I tend to agree with Access, if you get there and warm it up on some light squats etc see how it goes I think you will be surprised at how it responds to the work.

i just got back from the store(chicken, buy one get one, yeah) thought it might help, it didnt, ill try some warmups and see what happens, if to bad it be a chest and bi day maybe, tris still alittle sore from shoulder tri day(IM having a sore problem today lol) ill post back later, thanks is forum is awesome

Exercising the affected muscle will help to disipate the oil mechanicaly, and thermogenicaly. Also, Try more frequent, smaller injections. I am not going over 1ml/site, so I have no issues. Food for thought.

I had this the other day. First quad inject..the next day it hurt so much i had a limp. Funny thing was it wasnt on the injection site, it was below, like the oil had sunk. Just right above my knee. Strange.... but bloody painful.
Sticking to the delts from now on.
