Worried about a friend, advise plz

I have a friend who is 320+ lbs prolly over 40 to 50% body fat. I was working out with him and he decided to cycle, even after I had told him not to. He was insisting and was wondering what he should take. I didnt want him to just start taking random steroids, so I recomended cutting cycles to him.

Later he came to me and said he bought some juice, he bought sust and d-bol. I told him this was for bulking, and to stay away from d-bol and if hes going to cycle just do the test, (he didnt listen) I told him for weeks after this that he is going to need to watch his diet and eat no more than 2000-3000 calories a day and start doing 35+ mins of cardio everyday. Well all he talks about right now is eating, he drinks protien with 500 calories in it. He acts like hes trying to follow the same kind of diet that I am. He doesnt do any cardio. He does workout regularly but he isnt trimming down at all.

Anyways Im worried about this guy, with as over weight as he is, his heart is working overtime then you add juice on top of it and his heart must be going crazy. And I dont know what I can do at this point, if there is anything I can do. Hes a good guy and a good friend of mine, and i hate watching him do this to himself. Any advise is much appreciated

This guy is stuck on a subconcious loop on what he sees other people looking like and what they do to get there. Exactly like the annorexic whos killing herself because her butt is flabby(and it is, cuz its all skin). He wants to take a magic potion. So GIVE HIM ONE .....CLEN+T3 would be ideal for this cat.go to the supersite and print this guy some info, cus he obviously has proved he has no interest in listening to you.

Hash, all you can do is tell him. If he's not going to listen, then its on his head.

You've done what you can to advise him.

Sadly, this is what we see with many people that come here... they don't listen or take advise of the older members who have the experience.

Hope he doesn't have a stroke. How tall is he?

I would almost do the same thing...slip him something! But regardless of getting the weight off, he NEEDS to do cardio for his heart! Tell him jay cutler's on this site. Tell him it's coming straight from the best.

People like this, although good hearted, just don't listen to anyone until they are proven wrong. I had a friend who I tried to steer in the right direction trying my best to help him make better decissions in his work life and personal life. He would nev er listen and now he is unemployed, drunk and his girlfriend took his kid away. I washed my hands of him as did the rest of his friends. Maybe a little tough love is in order. Tell him if he isn;t going to listen to you, the voice of reason, that you are not going to watch him destroy his health and life. And when he comes to his senses tell him he knows where you will be. Sometimes we try to stand by our friends when we know they are doing the wrong thing. All we do is become an enabler. Its a tough call.

what i suggest is that you dont suggest anything, clen+t3 also come with their own side effects and given this guys current physical condition both compounds could do more harm than good......

its really a harsh situation to be in as a friend and its especially difficult if the guy refuses to listen.....if you really want to help perhaps you should start embarking on a training and nutrition plan which he needs to be on. It seems he wants to be in the same physical condition that you are currently in and i bet if he belives that by mimicking your current regime he will achieve the same physique as yours...

so if you really care about the guy, which i know you do, convince him you off aas due to some nasty sides, swap a cardio orienatated workout for a weight orienatted regime and cut your daily calorie intake. Its one hell of a sacrifice to make man and im not even sure if i would do the same, but its really the only solution i can cme up with
