BAD Bloating!!

Thanks Smiley. I always drink alot of water anyway, but the past couple of days I haven't drank as much. Usually I go through at least a gallon a day cause I work outside. I think thats about 4 litres, not sure. I already took some adex tonight gonna take it till the bloats gone.

Cut back on your Sodium as well. Omandren isnt noted for much bloat. I seldom hear alot of bloat with it but everyones different!

I don't know what happened I rarely get anything related to side effects. It may not even be related to AAS. I just figured maybe cause I never used it before. Man I just can't wait for it to go away.

Hmmmm.....Personally I get less bloat on Omandren than any Test. I prefer it just for that reason....

My friend used it with no problems, so when I couldn't get sust I decided to try it. My diet has been good (except yesterday's anniversary dinner) and nothing I do on cycle has changed from any other time. That's why I'm FREAKING out, I have never had this before.

hmm, this usually happens, you get the old moonface after only a few days with dbol, you get hit with the old estrogen pain in the ass.

you need to get some armidex and drink plenty of water ed, 3 litres minimul and the bloat should go down, the deca would play a part in this im guessing cos that can carry a bit of water too.

Looking at the extra info you have given....I reckon it would be a combination of the drop in water consumption and the extra big meal you had probably filled with carbs. Excessive carbs will cause water retention no question. Water up and carbs down a bit for a few days and it will be sweet.
