BAD Bloating!!

My question is I have never used Omnadren, have used sust but couldn't get it this time. Estrogenic effects aren't normally a problem but I'm 4 weeks from the end of my cycle and the bloating is terrible. I started with d-bol now I'm on deca and Omnadren. The only thing I have is bloating no gyno, alittle acne. What would be good just to clear the bloat.

well have u been running adex on cycle?....here is regime employed by my fellow south african body builders to rid them of water retention prior to competition.

I DO NOT recommend this as i do not know your current physical consition or cycle history but its a thought....

Water Dropping Cycle


day1 day 2 day 3 day 4 day 5 day 6 day 7 day 8 day 9 day 10

Water intake 3litre 3litre 4litre 4litre 5litre 5litre 6litre 6litre 7litre 500ml

Spiractin/Aldacton (starting day 4) 1tab 1tab 1tab 2tabs 2tabs 2tabs 2tabs

im having a problem aligning this but bascially the water intake starts from day 1 to 10, while the aldacton commences at day 4

Haven't taken anything yet. Beleive it or not the bloating was minimal until about 2 days ago and then BAM! My face is huge along with everything else, I can't see my abs anymore.

well u shoud of had some adex on cyce to minimise estrogenic side effects.....remember deca makes one retain quite a bit of water as well

I have used deca before with just a little water retention, but goes away with PCT.
I have never had it this bad. On hand I have a little Formestane, plenty of clomid, nolvadex, and adex.

run the adex to try and alleviate some of the water retention, no nolva whilst on the deca....

i suggest you have your blood pressure checked as well..and glad to help..

Yes but don't do the water manupilation as Garaa has suggerted (sorry garra) it isn't needed and isn't for this type of case, I agree with Garra however get some Anti estrogen and use that. Water intake at the moment should be high 3+ litres per day.

definately agree with you smiley, i only listed the use of diuretics as a means of reducing water retention rapidly prior to competetion....at this point i wasnt to sure as to whether the estrogenic bloat was an on-cycle or post-cycle problem. i wasnt also to sure about roofboss' experience with aas usage as im sure the use of diuretics will be employed by a competetive bb like you smiley...

but ya it seems a-dex is the way to go, maybe a little proviron might also increase dht levels and thus act as an antagonist for the current elevated estrogen in his system...perhaps extending the duration of nolvadex post cycle might also alleviate the excess water retention..
