Im thinking of maybe switchin it up to Test E/Equipose.. Any opinions? I like to gain like 10-15 lbs and kinda get leaned.. thinkin of doing test e 400 mg a week and equipose 300mg a week.. 10 week cycle. how would i start that stack? start the test e and EQ at the same time? PCT? thanks!

Ok first off, each aas responds differently to the aas receptors. EQ is such that it doesn't have much effect unless it's dosed at least 600mg/week. And it's SLOW-acting, so it HAS to be run at least 14-16 weeks to get the best results specific only to EQ.

Nolva 40/40/20/20 is good for pct. Might want hcg at the halfway point and pct if you want to run that long.

If you want to run EQ this is what you're going to have to run.

14-16 week cycle of:
Test e 500mg/wk
Equipoise 600mg/wk

remember that equipoise needs to be taken for a minimum of 14 weeks.....a 10 week cycle of equipoise will really be a waste of the compound

yes start the test and eq at the same time.... go 500mg at 250mg 2x week and the eq 200mg 2xweek to equal 400mg per week imo... 600mg is too much for a first cycle remember more is not always better....and go 14-16 weeks like the others said ..and pct start it 2 weeks after ur last shot with nolva for 4 weeks at 40-40-20-20... and have some arimidex on hand in case of gyno.. if u must use it use it at .25ml every 3 days...

its not so much the quantity of the equipose which is a problem its rather the duration of the cycle....10 weeks of equipoise at 400mg/week can probably be equated to doing 500mg of longer estetered testesterones for six weeks.

In both cases there will be gains, but propbably the most significant results of the compunds will be experienced after this period...

Good point. Sometimes I can apply stuff to other people I would apply to myself not realizing where they're at in the game. Personally I would never use EQ for less than 600/wk. First cycle or not, it a pretty mild compound. I don't think many people on here would bother with EQ less than 600.

i still feel here that whether 600 or 400 is administerd, a 10 week cycle of equipoise is to way to short as most users run the compound for an average of 14 - 16 weeks. Equipoise adds lbm at a very slow but staedy pace and at 10 weeks one would really be missing out on the full potential of the compund...
