Need help Puttin Cycle Together!!

So i have access to Testoviron depot/Deca/Winstrol.. Just wondering what PCT i need and how much.. just trying to figure out how much to take for a 8 week cycle then a 4 week PCT cycle. Basically how much to take weekly..THe more specific details I can get the better. My stats and goals: im 5'9 165 lbs.. 13 % fat, 28 years old, This is my 2nd cycle. Last one was 3 years ago. My goals are to reach 180 lbs solid gains not puffy shit.. eating 6 times a day.. Very much appreciate the info this kinda help you can get no where else Thanks!!

PCT
Nolva at 20/20/20/20 (Absolute must)
HCG 500iu/day for 10 days (If available)

You will need to have an AI around during cycle as well.

Doses for 10-12 week cycle:
Test 500mg/week
Deca 400mg/week
Winny 50mg/day last 6 weeks

If you are set on an 8 week cycle, cut out the deca.
Winny is hard on the liver so get some milk thistle while using winny.

Thing about deca, is that it needs to be run for a longer cycle - 10-12 weeks at the minimum. IMO 10 weeks is the shortest cycle you should run using a longer acting compound like deca.

I have no problem goin 10 weeks. the winstrol i have is liquid not pills.. One 10 ML bottle. So how would I structure that cycle? When would i start the test\deca\win.. when would i start the pct? Which AI? proviron? really trying to figure out how to structure it all thanks for your help!!

you say HCG if available. I have been looking around all the forum resources and sponsors and have yet to see it for sale anywhere. i am planning on getting Nolvadex for my PCT per access' advice. While i see it recommended often, i don't see it for sale. Your post says if available, could you please elaborate why. thanks alot

well that depends on how the winstrol is dosed, typical one would take 50mg of the compound e.o.d so if you have the typical 50mg/ml preparation then you will only have a three to four week supply. If this is indeed the case,then id run the test at 500mg/week, deca at 200mg/week from weeks 1 - 12 and then run the winstrol from week 8 - 12 as this is when prolactin levels caused by deca use should be at its peak.....(winstrol will compete with the prolactin at the progesterone receptors therefore limiting the possibilty of progesterone related gyno)

for AI you are going to need 0.25 mg of Arimidex e.d throughout the course of your cycle and you might want to keep some dostinex on hand to deal with the possibility of progesterone related side effects associated with deca use. I suggested you only take 200mg of the deca however as this is your second cycle as this should still yield good gains in accordance with the 12 weeks of test without the risk of progesterone related side effects...

Run nolva as a pct three weeks after your last shot of deca for 4 weeks bascially 40/40/20/20 doasages and you should be good to go....im not to sue if hcg would even be required on this cycle but perhaps one of more expereinced users can help out here

From what I hear hcg is pretty difficult to get make/culture/whatever so it's too difficult for the sponsors to offer it otherwise they would. It it virtually impossible to store for long periods. Anyhow, I've seen a couple of sites that I would probably go with...some Canadian drug sites offer it with the bac water. If you check around and compare prices you can kinda figure an estimate. But honestly I look for hcg sites that don't offer a million different choices for roids on it. Less risk for spam.

Say he runs a 10 weeker with test and deca. What do you guys think about starting up the the cycle with 2 weeks of deca before the test so he runs deca for 10 weeks but runs out of deca on week 8 of the test? I think this would work pretty well and assist with recovery greatly. He can run his winstrol near the end to help out with some the progesterone as well. Then bingo out of test still running winstrol for a couple of weeks then bang right into nolvadex for pct.
