What is a good PCT plan?

not me i don't use any AAS being i'm only 20 but i do have some friends that are wanting to start and i am curious as well what is a good PCT? One that helps eliminate alot of the bad effects of comeing off AAS. Here is a link i read from Anthony Roberts, what do you all think?

I really depends on what compunds they are going to take and for how long? The AR PCT is a very good having said that. However it may be somewhat of an overkill in some situations.

i think this guy is recommending some good stuff but yea we already took a whole cycle now wants to through mad pills down our throat lol what do you guys use/do?
