Instead of picking up 80 pounds and doing pec flies and not being able to feel it as well in my chest Ill do 70 and make sure I can sqeeze and roll my chest muscles in (cleavage).

I for one am not a big bench presser but I have a large chest and bigger more define arms than guys benching 350. Go figure. They look like shit while I have built what I wanted by taking smart approach to things.

Yes this is very different philosphy than what you led us to believe from your intial post. What your talking about here is exactly something I am doing at the moment. I have decided to go just from being big and strong to "attempt" to get a more athletic look. Trust me this is hard, at least for me. I can bulk quite easily and get damn strong doing so but sculpting which is the way Haz described and correctly so is a difficult task that takes a lot of effort and differing training techniques. This seems especially so at my age now.

For me mind to muscle is key element. I dont want to just lift the weight because its heavy but know I have control of it. If you need a lift off in doing bench press (granted you arent short limbed) then most likely your grip, shoulder muscle etc are not in tune and you should work on those muscle to aid in all the effort.

Alot of switches need to fire off in your nervous system.

i'm 6.5 weeks in doing sustanon. i'm 39, have only been back to the weights for a year. worked out for over 10 very serious & took about 5 off. my comeback was rapid. also hit cardio hard. loosing about 20 lbs. got down to about 12% bf. i haven't gained much weight but i'm down to about 10% bf. and have gained muscle for sure. everyone i know, some i don't have been making comments. from women i randomly meet to just yesterday a dude approached me in the gym asking how many years i've been hitting the iron, how muscular i was lol..
week 2-3 the sexual sides hit hard muscle definition is way better, very vascular too & strength is threw the roof. made about 30% increase across the board! been using liquidex at .25 eod mostly skipping a few days and once going to ed. when my nipples became real sore. VERY happy with the results so far and i'm only in the middle was planning 10 week cycle but am going to extend to 14. had nolva for pct but will have to pursue something to get my little boys back into action with the extended time only negative, a little back acne started last week but seems to have subsided. good luck

One thing if your going to run it to 14 weeks I strongly advise getting some HCG ASAP to aid in recovery.

Hey all. I'm going into week 5 now in a couple days. Not feeling anything as far as "kicking in"" but I do have progress to post.

I know everyone is different and I may say a few things that may offend some but don' take it the wrong way.

I have never been someone to just get into shape for the summer etc. I have always lifted and dieted properly. Even on holidays while people go out and play Im at the gym and eating clean and well.. Gym is open 24 hrs where Im from.

I got to lean 196-200 naturally at height of 5-8".

I see people suggest 450-500ml a week to average people who work out. Im far from average to begin with.

I did make a 10 pound weight gain in 4.5 weeks with no added fat since my cycle. I don't know If I can attribute that to increase of food or what. Like I said i don't feel anything new. I already had monstrous pumps from creatine,ZMC (zince magnesium calcium ) and healthy diet and lifestyle.

Should I anti it up a bit as far as dosage. Im not complaining or anything. Im happy with my progress and growth. Just wondering what all the hype is as far as "kicking in"

Maybe I was off to a good start that I wont feel much different since I was disciplined.. Who knows.

Im making phenomenal gains. I'm 29. Just turned.

But I think people say the whole kicking in thing because they havent lifted weight naturally to their full potential and dialed in on their diet until a cycle. So I dont think Im feeling anything new in the growth factor.

Im sore after each workout which is a good thing.
