Im a pretty big dude, im trying to get past this form of my body i want to get bigger and stronger. Im looking to see where i can securely get some stuff, and what i should get, if this helps at all my yahoo is xxxxxxx messanger and xxxxxx for email. im a begginer on this but been lifting for awhile. i appreciate the help.

first off you have got to read the rules mate and you don't seem near close to start you don't sound like you got much knowledge on this subject. do yourself a favor and do some research

you've got like 6+ months of reading to do. well, that's what i did when i started out at this, and i'm confident enough now to be the one giving some answers and not the one asking questions, so read up my friend.
