Needed Opion

I am a 27 year old male, 5'10 AND 77KG. I mainly do wieghtlifting, and some cardio. I seem to have it a max in my wieght and size. I am trying to find a combo cycle of a steroid it get me strength and size, but i also want to stay as lean as possible. Any opinions? This would be my first cycle, and have found multiple options, but am looking for more experience people for advice. I would take an injection, over pills to lessen side effects.

77kg is like 169lbs. i think the guys on here willl ask how much you eat and prolly tell you to eat more bro, like say 4000 calories per day, and try to get closer to 200lbs or 91kg with your body fat at 10% or less befor starting a cycle, then youll be advised to try 500mg per week of testosterone cyp or ethn. per week, with maybe 300/400mg of nandralone deconate (deca) per week . but im still kinda new at this, im sure youll hear a few more befor the days out.

Just one steriod for your first cycle.....that way you know how you react to it.


First, it sounds like you need to get your diet in order. At that age, you have plenty of natural test to take you to a higher body weight. I went to 208 naturally at the age of 48....

Its been said but I will echo Rat and Access, Test is all you need, check the diet first
