Im gonna do once a day on fruit. I will do a gallon of watter a day, as that is my norm, but two is tough.

Then you should choose fruit that is lower in sugar levels, like say strawberry's or blue berry's. The sugar surges in a diet is a big contributor to your body hanging on to excess Body fuel (Fat, which is a bad word in my vocabulary). You need to trick your body into believing that you are NOT starving it, and in fact feeding it more frequent will do just that. Plus your food choices are a big factor here.
Remember you need at least consume enough calories to equal your Basel Metabolic Rate, (the amount of calories you body needs just to purely function, it does not include any active and so on, just what you need to stay alive).
Be sure you do your cardio training at an intensity that isn't catabolic, especially since you are doing it for fat loss purposes. Your achievements are going to be great determined by you and your exercise intensity.
Also another way to impliment your diet program is to cycle your carb intake according to your workout activity levels, so you keep your energy levels up and keep your body in a state of shock and guessing so that it continues to burn BF for fuel.

I agree wholeheardetly with the carb loading as mentioned by IPL. This is about the best way to force your body to utilise fat reserves so good advice here.

I have one banna a day with my morning shake. I'm gona keep that for now until I need to switch it up. I am down to six small meals a day now. All high protien, one with a banana first thing in the morning. And almost two gallons of water... I'll get there. I figure I'lll drop the Banana if my weight loss does not contiune.

Actually not carb loading, I am speaking of simply cycling your carb intake while still keeping it relatively low, but increasing or having more on days that your activity level are slightly higher, this keeps your body in a positive state of burning cals, and still keeps your energy level moderately up, while keeping your body from feeling totally deprived, so it slows down and or shuts down totally. Like I said banans are extremely high in sugar, major jumps in sugar glucose make your body stop using fats for fuel. you have sugar surges, and energy crashes. I would use strawberry's. but thats your choice. Still I wish you luck on your road back, I think its great that you are making the effort to get back to where you once where!!
I'm always around if you need any help, I have several dietary tricks to get your body burning excess fuel for energy!! And keep it loosing!!

down 10ibs less then a week... So far so good. Still strong, but Im tired from the low carbs and get the occassional headack.

Actually you have just started and that will pass, the tiredness I mean. I agree with what IPL has said and no it isn't carb loading, thing is for someone that is new to this I'm not sure they will have the ability to be able to tell when they need more carbs out of necessity rather that out of hunger.

ya it seems a bit complicated to me. I've been weight lifting for years and training to get stronger. But all this carb restricting and dieting to loss fat is something i havent done sense my early 20s with any degree of consistancy. I have always just wanted to be strong. Now I just want to be lean, and strong
