Clen T3 Cardio and low carbs

So after six months of hitting heavy I have a wopping 240lbs of lean bady mass... I also weigh 320lbs.
I am on a strict low carb diet (I have fruit in the morning, and vegitables in the afternoon. Meat and healthy protien aswell)
I have a 12 week cutting plan along with my PCT
So I am on T3, Clen and Noval. I have some hcg aswell.
my training is
Day 1
Cardio
Day 2
Upperbody circut
Day 3
Cardio
Day 4
Lower Body Cercut
Day 5
Cardio
Day 6
Upperbody circut
Rest
I repeat the next week except with two lowerbody days.

This is going to take some dedication as we don't need to tell you that you have let yourself get out of shape. That said congrats on making the effort now to not only improve the way you look but you will undoubtedly improve your overall lifestyle losing the weight your wanting to.

I see your having fruit in the morning and I would be a little cautious here only because of the sugar content so keep servings small. Initally you should see some quick weight loss but then it's going to come harder as you get down lower but don't get discouraged.

Is it safe at your bodyweight to be on Clen and T3? I thought these things could be extremely taxing to the heart of a guy your size. Or are the risks that I read of overblown?

Im very strong. I Run a mile a day as part of my overall muscle building phase. I am noticably muscular and active. Plus my hart is in good health.

I have been regularly excersizing with strictly weights for six months prior to this. In fact I was at 260 200lbs of mean, but I wanted to get stronger before I cut down seriously.

thats a waste of time your body produces 50mcg naturally so theres no point in starting at any less than that.

Well, I would definitely boot the fruit to the curb, and go with a lo-carb protein shake, On makes a great one,called Complete Protein Diet, Also you need to add in a few more meals consisting of protein and say green beans or a Yam. Keep your meals at every 2 1/2-3 hours, and no food after 6:30 in the evening, get your water intake up to at least 2 gallons a day. It may be a good idea to add some flax seed oil into the mix every few days, maybe some almond butter, that way you are getting in some good fats. Be sure your meat choices are very lean cut, no processed meats. I would stick with fish, chicken and turkey breast, maybe a lean steak occasionally.
