As for Levrone, towards his latter career, he would prepare for the Olympia 3 months/yr and spent the rest of the year touring with his band, pretty much away from the weights and bodybuilding diet. The guy is 41 and off the juice, and didnt work out half the time when he was competing. Why continue now? A lot of these guys hate it... if you ever read any Lee Priest, he straight up says he HATES training. If there is no contest, why train if you hate it? For health? Joke... these guys aren't on a health kick. If I remember reading correctly, Levrone said that in 18 months, he could be back to his Olympia form from TODAY.

VO thats not wht i was meaning girls are not the main sorce of motavation. but i am 20 and i am takeing that into account as well but i have my own personal goals and reseans that dont involve the female but why not use it as a bonus unless your (not saying you just people in general) a faq. you telling me that when you get bigger and your women is always wanting to feel your body like its like you just started dateing again you dont like that???

I agree there was a huge transformation from where he was to where his is now. That being said, to be a pro BB it takes 100% commitment. It has to be your life. It's not like most of us who do this as a hobby or to just look and feel better about ourselves. When you take a job (pro BB) and have your entire life revolve around that (diet, workouts, comps) you really have no time to live anything else. Not too many people want to do that for ever. Sooner or later you need to move on to something else. I'm sure most former pro BB's still spend time in the gym but I'm sure there are those who just walk away. Most never reach the level he did so I have nothing bad to say about him, other than his acting in that video kinda was lame, but then again I'm sure it was supposed to be like that.

It was a job plain and simple. And it's one that can seriously shorten your life if you continue on all the gear without heart medication. If I was in his shoes and stopped competing, I would def do way more cardio and focus on just living life....

Yeah, I really wasn't trying to rag on your Ranger, I just wanted to express that the motivations IMO should be deeper. Personally I've noticed that the most successful people in training and bodybuilding have a much deeper desire and do it for themselves instead of doing it for girls. The drive is much deeper and much more satisfying when you do it for yourself! That's all. I've got a lady and I don't do it for her or for the glances or the chance to cheat. It is all personal. Like I said, I think that you'll do great (being 20) from here on out if you you can find that drive inside of you and COMBINE it with the superficiality of the girls and vanity of the outside world. Let me know how your cycle goes when you get your gear!

I think some acting contracts made that to his body, he likes money more than his gains.. it's his body and his decision and we must show respect from that angle of view.. but no respect from the view angle of the Bodybuilding community.

I agree. Who f*cking cares. He achieved one thing and now he's trying to achieve another. As far as doing ANYTHING for the attention of women, kill yourself now. All it leads to is a life of unspeakable regret. They're all sirens leading you towards the rocks.
