Adex on PCT

Hello All,
Should I continue to take Adex while on PCT with my Nolva or Just stick with Nolva? I've done some research but the info is conflicting. Some say it's good to use and others say to avoid it at all cost during PCT.

What was your cycle? I have never seen adex recommended for PCT. A little aromasin maybe.

Test E - 500mg / week for 12 weeks

Are you starting pct at week 14? Aromasin is better but arimidex will do. Keep running the arimdex on weeks 12 and 13 then nolvadex only on week 14 through 20.

Thanks Hazcat! I'm on week 10 but i'm about to run out of adex so I was wondering if I should get more. I'll just stick with Nolva for my PCT.

If you have been running an AI during cycle then I do not think you will need going into PCT and especially so at your dose. It's unlikely you have will have estrogen issues going into PCT and if you continued with adex you may drive your estrogen too low and this could then result in libido issues and joint pain.
