300 bench max!-progress week 11

ok, it aint much to most u guys, but i havent done it since 1991. popped it up clean!! anyway, week 11 .off deca/cyp almost 3 weeks. Walking down with prop 100 eod, lost some weight, currently 202lbs. Still getting stronger every area. Ihave a tendency to increase strength gains after being off cycle for a few weeks and test recovers, and this being the first time ive ever done pct, well it should be interesting....

Awesome john. I bet the deca was great for your joints? Your joints all greased up?

When I was eating and training like I should...and 194lbs I was doing 315 but I'm at 185 now and don't even wanna attempt it. Several factors came into play there though: Busy summer job, no all you can eat buffets anymore, didn't have a gym for a month...then I lost some more weight when I got really sick for about a week....104 temp.

damn john over 1000 posts last i looked it was like 600.. from previous conversations i would think a 360 or 370 attempt wouldnt be out of your reach, considering the amount you use when working out. us shorter guys can get the big weights a little easier - i am pushing a 350 max bench right now. i know what you mean by clean to i have seen guys bouncin 300 lbs off their chest like that is what they are capable of benching haha.. nice job

next cycle will have deca 1ml (200mg) eod- then i will be in the 350 class

with no AS I've done 405, can do 385 anytime, 365x3, 335x6, 315x8-10. But what's more impressive to me is a good Squat or Deadlift.

If I could Squat and Deadlift 800, or close to it, 750-760... much better indicator of total body strength. I can get in the low 500's now. That's shit.

But juiced up I'd hit monster lifts till my joints broke.

Jesus christ u guys are monsters im 6'3.5 230+ pds and damn 200 pds bench freakin kills me, my muscles can handle it np but my shoulders feel like there going to shoot out my back lol.
