I have seen from 15-25mg in each dose. I myself would do 25mg 3 times a day. But this is after I assessed my tolerance and I can take the constant sweating and shakes.

I agree, typically in an ECA stack somewhere between 25-50mgs is the norm but you can go a little higher dependant upon your tolerance. I would not go over 100mgs.

it also depends on how you are using it to IE. is it for fat burning OR just to make your workout more intense

im using it alone and using it for fat loss and better workouts. It comes in 100mg tabs so would it best to just take half a tab a day or does it needed to be spread out over time?
