Default What do I take??

I'm curious as to what to start out on. I'm 25 years old, 6' 2" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I have 23% body fat and I am very active in sports. I run every week and work out about 2-3 times per week as well. I'm looking to hit the weights hard and my goals are pretty much to be really defined and tone. I am not looking to do this extremely fast, all I'm looking for is to have great definition in my body.
Any and all information is greatly appreciated. If you need more info from me, please ask and i will provide.

23% body fat is to high to be useing steroids under 15% imo is best .

6,2 -190lbs and 23% body fat tells me you dont have much mucale on you at all and steroids should only be used with a good solid base.

6,2 210lbs 10-12% body fat is when you should be even thinking about useing anabolic steroids.

diet and cardio is you best freind at the moment.

like most new people who start ,they are wanting to do it very fast -well i got some news for you -it wont happen as to get a good body takes years of dedication and it dont happen over a couple of months .

go and look in the diet forum -post a typical days diet up .

steroids are no magic pill that get you ripped over night so you might as well forget about them for the next 2-3 years.

sorry if this comes across to you as me being an ass but its the truth.

I'm sorry, I meant to hit the button next to the 3. I type to fast on this supid computer I just bought. My body fat percentage is 13%. Not 23%!! Geeze that's a huge jump. Is 13% good enough to start? Like I said previosly, I'm not looking to get my results quick. I said that because I know that most newbs are looking for a great body overnight. My diet is good and I run multiple times a week, imo I'm in pretty good shape. Is this satisfactory or do I still need to lose some weight before I start? If not than what do you suggest I start with?

I don't have a whole lot of time to post in detail my schedule but I will go over the basics and we can go from there. I'm at work I work out Mon, Wed, Thurs and Sat. Monday: Chest and Back. Wednesday: Abs and Triceps and Biceps. Thursday: Legs. Saturday: Shoulders and Abs. Pretty basic but I hit them hard and run 2-3 miles on the days off. I'm looking to step up my workout regiment and decrease the cardio to achive the gains I'm looking for.

Now for the diet, here in lies the problem. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be eating while taking steroids but here is my diet as of now. I eat 4-5 times a day and consume roughly 3,000 cal. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and meat every chance I get. I stay away from fast food and fried meals and tend to stick with a protein filled diet with water to drink. Which brings me to my next question, how much water should I be drinking on my first cycle?

work out is not good imo-try this

mon-chest-tri,s

wed-back-bi,s-abbs

fri-shoulders-traps

sat-legs-abbs

as for your diet try and eat every 2-3 hours with each meal containing pro/carb

i.e large chicken fillet with large cup brown rice -some vegies.

2 tins tuna lagre sweat patatoe

and so on .

That's what I'm asking.... what to start out on and what's good for a first cycle. So many variable's, I've done quite a bit of research and it just seems to confuse me as to what to start out on. Everybody's opinion seems good but who do you trust?? I want to do this right.......
