sorry. No I dont. I actually lost a few reps on the bench and bar curl with the same weight. I dont have that I can attitude like when you grip the bar and lift off. It feels heavier.

I'm just thinking a few more carbs might help you with more quickness and power on your lifts to get you back into the groove. You started eating a certain amount of carbs for certain amount of muscle mass. You have more muscle mass now and the same number of carbs are spread a little thin. You might bump it up just a bit to see if that brings back the pop in your lift. See if you can squeek another 5 pounds out of this cycle. You've done quite well already. Good job!
