I've never heard of anyone losing a kidney due to steroid use in a healthy individual. Does anyone have anything to substantiate a healthy person losing a kidney from steroid use?

I knew a guy that dated a girl whose brother worked for this guy that lifted and he took one D-bol and his head exploded !! I shit you not...............

what this thread DOES make me think to do is keep getting regular blood work.

Absolutely brother............I got docs in my corner that do that stuff for me but it is always a good idea to keep a watch on your blood levels.

I just finished up 2 rounds of blood work to find out that i'm losing my thyroid. I guess as far as the media goes, I should blame it on steroid use?...lol, i think otherwise.

It is not loosing from a normal use but if you are on heavy dose for a long use your blood pressure is very high; this might be one reason of organ failure,

Everybody knows that high blood pressure is not healthy.

You might have bunch of tiny stoke, you do not feel, you do not know that it is there , most likely you will recover and regenerate damaged areas if you take time off.

But if you have bunch of those tiny strokes, you have small area of your organ damaged, one more and another your organ starts to fail etc.

This is how you get organ failure, sometimes very fast, sometimes it takes many years. This is called short life span.

It does not have to be kidney but something else.


Plus you have to realize if you gain for example from 150 lbs to 180lbs, very fast, it is 20% extra body mass, it is a lot of stress on you organs to process blood, proteins, nutrients, etc to tissue, it might in some cases lead to organ failure if you push too fast and too much, one heavy cycle after another with not too much time off. Most people can deal with this with no problems but there are some individuals who cannot.

The points your making BS are mainly concerning someone who abuses steroids. This in no way includes someone who runs a long cycle and appropriate PCT. Remember these are potent drugs we are dealing with and if abused like any drug their is typically consequences to be had. Many of us have run longer than usual cycles with differing results. Some good, some not so good.

I think Para eloquently explained what the OP poster needed to know in his first response on this thread. Someone going from 150lbs to 180lbs over the course of a cycle is not going to have organ failure as you make note in your last post. This is just nonsensical. Many guys on a first cycle in particluar have been fortunate enough to make these type of gains and I think I can say with 100% surety that none have keeled over from organ failure.

I am not disputing your arguments outright but I think you have gone a little extreme in trying to make your points specifically where steroid use is concerned.
