HIIT style cardio and chest pain

I've never really done HIIT style cardio b4, but I wanted to include it in my current program to test the results. Yesterday was a 40 minute regualr intensity cardio session on the elliptical w/hand bars. I was on minute 13:30 so I decided to kick it up to to my max for 30 seconds just to see if it was awkward on the elliptical. After about 20 seconds of all out steaming, I got hit with extreme chest tightness... it felt as if I just got extremely frightened and my chest knotted up. I freaked out and slowed down until I got it under control. I finished the next 26 minutes w/o issue, but I could still feel residual effects of the chest tightening... it still feels like it is dissapating, even this morning. I never remember this happening b4 I used steroids. It actually happened during my last cycle of Dianabol, but it was at rest when I got extremely excited over a trade at work... I actually had to walk it off.

Right now I am running 25mg Dianabol/day and 500mg test cyp... I had planned to use test prop as the kickstart, but couldn't bc of post injection pain. I'm 1.5 weeks into it. My last blood work post cycle revealed everything to be perfect except my C Reactive protein was wayyyy high. I just dismissed it as an infection bc I was feeling lousy when I had the blood drawn. Poor shape is not a reason either as my blood pressure is fine and I am currently under 10% BF.

They definitely aren't panic attacks bc these 2 episodes have been induced by either exercise or extreme excitement.

I don't know if it is me or it is the Dianabol? Anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences?

I'm from a world that you take all chest pain very seriously. The only advice I can offer is to see your physician and get additional testing.

I agree with haz, chest pain can be symptomatic of some pretty bad things so don't overlook this. It may be nothing at all but best to play it safe here.
