Ya thanks for all the helpfull tips. Is there any preferences on protein brands or any other supps. What should i go get? I want to look cut more than big i dont want to get over 200lbs. Should i do much cardio workouts?

Personally, I do cardio. Some say not to when bulking up, then do the cardio when you are trying to become cut. Really, this is up to you. If you continue the cardio, you will use more calories and will not gain as much. So for what you are trying to do, try cardio once a week, up it if necessary to see what works for you.

I'd recommend all natural whey protein. check the sugar content on whey protein... cheap doesn't always mean its a great deal...
