I'm really glad you were wise enough to ask some questions before you took any of that Winstrol. You'd be surprised at how many people come in here telling us about a bad cycle that they did in the past. Luckily you won't be one of them.

So What your really saying is that I should lose the weight first then start the roids and gain it back? Yes you should lift and do the cardio and loose the weight then gain back muscle!

Should I just spend the $90 for 3 sessions with a trainer? Couldn't hurt if you have the spare cash but be specific with your goals.

How long should I hold off on starting? What level do I need to be at to start? I know you said under 20% bf but how do I get there? Just lose weight? Or Start liftng? As I said lifting and cardio and diet to loose the weight.

haha I c... thanks alot guys I was pretty confused for a second. So after all the great advice you've given me so far I think I'm going to grab a trainer for a couple of sessions at my gym. There should be any harm in it and I'm sure I'll learn a thing or 2.

6 days a week at cardio? Well my gym doesnt have a pool but I know of once by my house that does... I'll look into it. Thanks!

I'll be updating you guys on what my trainer tells me to do. And get back to you with some meal plans. Im going to work some out tomorrows... seems rough thinking out 1 small meal every 3 hours.

The main thing to remember is this dude...............we have no emotional or personal investment in you whatsoever...........the only incentive that we have is to help you succeed, and we will do that without hesitation if you allow us to.


Now, your diet is the key to cutting you up or bulking you up. It is not important to think about steroids at this point because you need to get the diet in order. Eat something every 2-3 hours and when I say "eat something" I mean a shake can be that something..........You know what is good for you and what is not. I don't think it is an inherited trait with human beings yet but you know what is bad and good so stay away from the bad.

Don't listen to the Gym Rats.............they don't know shit. As far as the Winstrol, save it for a later gig...........it will come in handy.

Post up a diet for a typical day of eating...........be honest and let us know what you eat and when..............if you are serious, we can help.............

sorry to much fat for juicing, plus ur 4000 cals on cycle u will put urself at risk of health problems as well, and ur not going to see much gains under the layer of fat which is a real ego killer..

I think the bodyfat is a typo. Re-post your bodyfat, and the method you came up with. better yet, post a Pic. Great first post BTW. And good job on your research.
