I've been doing Cardio for awhile now and Have gone down to 250 from 260 in the past 4-6 weeks. Ive been able to keep this up very well without slacking. I have a few friends that have been on a cycle of Deca and the other is doin Test... They both told me that now That i'm going to the Gym often that I should start taking Winstrol ( Winny / Winnie ) to help me lose extra water weight and tighten me up a bit. This was just yesturday and after seeing their results I paid them the $ to get me a cycle of Winstrol that I Should be getting in the next couple of weeks, I paid them at that time because they wouldnt have been able to make another order for a month or two.

Now after doing some research I found that winstrol would only really help me if I have already built a good amount of muscle. And at this point I dont see or feel to much muscle on me other than my legs. So I did more research and found that doing a cycle of Winstrol and Test or just Test can help me begin to gain and tighten muscle at the same time... thats the idea from the posts that I read....but i can be wrong.....and thats why I'm here.

So I wasnt even thinking of starting the Winstrol that I ordered until the end of Oct...so that would be another month of me working out and hopefully another 10 pounds.. then I was going to start the cycle.

My Goals: Lean build of muscle... have a balanced body from head to toe. I was at first looking to get my weight as low as 215 but willing to add muscle weigt no problem. And I really dont want to gain more weight other than muscle

*Please Let me know what you guys think I should do with the Winstrol / Test situation.

*Also I was thinking about getting a personal trainning for when I start my cycle...maybe even before just for acouple of weeks to learn what I need to lift to get to where I want.

Heres my Info:

First my Stats:

Age:25
Height: 6'2-6'3
Weight: 250lbs
BD: 36%

Training:
Been doing Cardio for the past month and have dropped 10lbs
usually 1hr treadmill 4-5 days a week
havent done any lifting

Diet:

meal 1: Egg Whites w/ turkey sausage

meal 2: Turkey Burger on wheat bread with small salad

meal 3: Grilled Chicken w/ small salad

I drink about a Gallon of water a day.

Wow man don't want to sound silly about this but you have some work to do before you should consider any sort of a cycle at all. For a start you at least need to get that BF% down under 20 preferibly 15%. All that the Winstrol will do for you at the moment is shut down your natural test production and make it necessary for you to do PCT afterwards.
For a start we also need to get you eating a whole lot more food and better food too, out of your three meals there I can only recommend one of them to you, see if you can guess which one that is?

Also have a look here I need some advice... read over all the pages you will find we have all added some sample workouts and diets but they are mostly bulking diets so bear that in mind. I'll be back a little later.

I'm guessing the Grilled Chicken would be the best for me. Sh*t. Well The order had already been made for the winstrol... how long can I hold onto that stuff before it goes bad?


So What your really saying is that I should lose the weight first then start the roids and gain it back?

Should I just spend the $90 for 3 sessions with a trainer?

How long should I hold off on starting? What level do I need to be at to start? I know you said under 20% bf but how do I get there? Just lose weight? Or Start liftng?

The winstrol will keep for a couple of years so don't sweat it.

Alright So I read through that post...alot of great info...thanks for that.
The only thing was most of the plans they had there were just for gaining weight
So eating turkey Sausage and Egg Whites arent a good to eat when it comes to losing weight?
I also found there that carido is the best way to lower BF%.. which means losing pounds

I know you said start eating meats,vegs,tuna but will that help me lose more weight than what i'm eating now or will that help me have more energy to burn when I start lifting? Should I start lifting?

How should I go about it? At the moment I'm not the strongest 6'3 guy!

Have you looked at the sample diets and training? That's exactly what you should be doing. Put that winstrol in a cool dark place and it will be fine for a few years. We should be using it before it has time to go bad if you have the discipline to do this.

We need you eating very small meals every 3 hours.

You're going to have to lift at least 3 days a week.

You're going to have to keep doing cardio every day you can with six days a week minimum. You can't do the same cardio without increasing intensity. Your muscles and body will adapt to whatever cardio you've been doing. If it's treadmill start raising the incline. Swim any chance you can get. Switch to a bike after a few months, swimming is the best cardio, then a stairmaster, did I mention swimming yet? and eliptical, back to the treadmill, I think some swimming might be in order, and som jogging eventually. Don't forget to lift weights. You'll be running a cycle of testosterone before you know it and we might find a spot for the winstrol on your first or second cycle.
