Exclamation let's discuss my bulking project

Hello guys!

I'm goin to start my bulking cycle this saturday and I'd like to know what you think about it.

First of all my stats:

25yo
5'4
128lbs
I've been working out for 9 years so far...
bf look at the last pic I took this summer when I weighted about 134lbs, I was on vacation so I was a lil out of definition and with a some water under the skin. (all you can eat rules lol)



this would be my 5th cycle, the other were dianabol only, turanabol only, susta250ml+deca200ml and eq400ml+primo300ml.

this is how the cycle would look like:

1-10 400ml testosterone cypionate EW
1-10 440ml boldenone EW
1-10 230iu HCG EOD
14-17 20mg nolvadex
14-18 25mg proviron

I'm following the CKD diet right now and the cycle would start when I'll be on my carb up, the diet would look like this:

Meal One (7am)
Oatmeal and green or black tea or coffee
4 – 6 Whole Eggs boiled or scrambled cooked in butter
1 spoon of peanut butter

Meal Two (Post-Workout carbohydrate loading immediately after workout)(9am)
50g vitargo+maltodex
after 30 minutes 20g whey

Meal Three (11am)
1 chicken breast
50g whole rice

Meal Four(13am)
100g whole rice
4 egg whites warmed


Meal Five (3pm)
200g of Ground Beef
1 whole wheat bread

Meal Six (6pm)
1 chicken breast
50g whole rice with coconut oil, sea salt, pepper

Meal Seven (9pm)
Ground beef chilli
Barbequed zucchini and peppers


Meal Eight (11pm)
1 cup cottage cheese

and this was the training I planned (from the old Gironda method):

4*15reps 30'' rest

MON
straight barbell on scott bench
alternated biceps on declined bench
drag curl
calf sitting
calf standing

TUE
bench press
large v-dips
push ups on declined bench palms facing each other
cross on bench
crunches
hips lifting

THU
Low Pulley Pull
arnold style rowing
Low Pulley Rowing From Racing Drive Position
fly on declined bench

FRI
pullover
french press
triceps with rope
leg curl

SAT
lateral raise
upright row
dumbell shoulder press palms facing each other
arnold press
Sissy squat
squat
leg extension


what do u think?

Why so much HCG? It may cause some water retention, but it will not add any quality muscle. And, if you are using it to stave off testicular atrophy, you simply do not need that much. 500iu/week is more than enough. It is also possible to damage your leydig cells from too much HCG. This could make it even more difficult to rebound during PCT. IMO, you don't need HCG at all with this cycle.

Proviron is suppressive and while you may feel better during PCT (better libido, better strength), you're not doing your HTPA any favors. Plus 25mg will have no real effect anyways. IMO dump it.

Nolvadex is best started at week 12 when your test cyp levels really begin to drop off.

You may want to add an oral the first few weeks, as the cyp and eq take awhile to hit you.

Diet: Looks like you're getting plenty of calories for your size to gain some appreciable weight. Maybe too many, I would cut back some of the carbs if you start to see significant fat gains.

Training: Looks interesting, I prefer more basic routines. But whatever works for you.

I was planning to take HCG to prevent any atrophy, I'll cut down the dose to 500iu/week as u suggested. I've had some atrophy in my past cycle with 250ml susta+200 ml deca.

Would you use proviron at the beginning of the cycle as a kickstart?

I will monitor my diet/gains closely to avoid too much fat but I don't gain fat easily.

Proviron is really only good from contest prep as it is a pure androgen and cuts down water retention making you appear harder. It will not help you gain any appreciable size or strength so it would not be a good "kickstart". I sometimes use it if I am getting a little bloated and don't want to use an anti-e. 50mg/ed is the minimum effective dosage, but then again, at your weight, 25mg might be effective.

first injection this mornig and had a great workout, I'm posting up a picture so we can all monitor my progress and comment. (sorry for the bad quality)

I'll inject hcg this monday and EOD. 500iu per week as erokyrwrld suggested me...

you should start the hcg around week 4 because you wont immediately see atrophy. you dont need it from week 1..

looks like it will be an interesting cycle.. keep us updated

Yea, I agree with all of the above.
I like your cycle but Im just not a fan of too much HCG. I only do intermittent shots as not to desynthesize the Leydig cells of the Testes and shut down natural production in the future.
Erok has great advice.
You are lookin damn sharp though and it goes to show the typical cycle that most agree on arent all thats out there. Ive done many Winstrol only cycles and people shriek at the thought. To much bullshit from those that havent had practical experience......

I'm following your suggestion and waiting for week 4 to inject the HCG.

I've got another question, my diet is the one posted up there in the first post. Is it possible that I still feel a lil hungry at around 12pm? Should I increase some macronutrient or just wait to get used to this feeling?
