speaking of big pins...funny story...When I was in a land far far away the only pins we could were 16g that we use to aspirate the chest whan a casualty has a sucking chest wound from a gunshot. If someone is shot it the lungs, the air they breath in comes through the bullet hole and gets stuck between the lungs and the rib cage causing alot of pain. So we stuck one of these bad boy between there ribs to let the air out. anyway, try using those for a twice a week shot. needless to say, you never get used to having a sore ass!
