agree with everything. Using a steroid is just one piece of the puzzle. So many variables which need to be taken into consideration. The more I learn the less important the "taking steroids" part of the equation seems to be.

Good thread. Hope it gets out to everyone that rely heavily on shortcuts when it comes to fat loss.

Another note, I just did research for class and came across a pretty interesting research article. The study was done on rats both obese and fit. A restricted diet was introduced to the experimental group and the control ate as they pleased. The experimental group lost weight and experienced a lowering of blood pressure BUT when the experimental group was allowed to eat as they pleased they regained their weight and actually had a higher blood pressure reading than before the experiment. So the yoyo diet that hazcat originally explained is actually harder on the heart then say not making a lifestyle change all in its own. So yes if one is were to diet to lean out, he/she should attempt to maintain those eating habits.

i have a friend who works out with my hes overweight-when he seen the results i got using steriods it shock him,but i told him its not that simple,lifting is a lifestyle change.it has to become priorty number one.i told him unless your going to take this seriously forget it-well long story short he trained hard for a year,he was 420 he went down to 355,then i put him on winstrol for 12 weeks, it was funny because he never lost weight-he gained muscle and lost inches it was funny to see reaction to this.youll be pleased to know after pct he pretty much kept his muscle and didnt ballon back up in weight,he starts winstrol again this week its been 3 months looking forward to his results since this time hes got muscle-im hoping to get him down in inches again-should be alot of fun

1) I am probably 35 pounds overweight. I have lost about 20 pounds to get to this point. I joined 24 fitness and I have been going there everyday for about two months. I am a very healthy 62 year old man.

The problem that I am having is that the harder I work out, the less weight I seem to lose. My clothes are fitting better, but when I jump on the scale, it is disappointing. My trainer said that muscles weigh more than fat, but I have a hard time swallowing that. When I was younger I was thin and strong as a small horse. I'd like to get that way again.

Can any of you more experienced people shed some light on this?

2) I also have a question that is very basic. I want to buy some steroids, but I don't know who to buy from. I have looked at ooodles of web sites that SAY that I can trust them to send me what I ordered, but after I go through the ordering raze ma taze, up pops the Western Union screen.

Maybe I am a doubting Thomas, but I would feel a lot better if I could charge it directly on my credit card. If I didn't get what I ordered, I could then dispute the transaction.

Hey Umm I like what you wrote... I'm brand new to this site. I Had a question.. I have a workout plan in place have for a while and eat very well. I wanted to know One, if there is a liquid form of Clen.....And would it be unsafe to stack that with winstrol? I also have the appropraite medicine for possible adverse affects like the Benadryl for the clen and taurine as well as lots of Milk thistle. Also, I'm a first time user of these things and female and would really enjoy to hear your guy's advice on this. Thanks, Lil_C

15% max, when you get to 15 then i would say you can start.
