took 80 wasfine then moved upto 90mcg today again fine , usual sides shaky hands , head aches , high bp , body temp always hot , noticed my face is getting red around nose cheeks (similar to an alcoholics ) and im a little edgy will stay at 90 again tomorrow see how that goes, losing the weight too hehehehe

Glad to hear that your getting more out of this than bad sides.

With your BP, just watch for diastolic for >120mmhg. If it gets close to that go get checked, its called ****rtensive crisis and its big time trouble.

hasnt quiet got to 120 yet but close 101 for diastolic and systolic as high as 155 rhr as high as 105 its pretty hectic shit if you dont monitor it ......

no dramas thats y i thought id start a log not the most interesting but i try and keep it at least informative ...... oh yeah took another 90mcg today shakes, head aches, bit of a dopey kinda feeling today ????? then again that could be me hahaha

still not sure if my bp monitors fukd (wrist version) when i put on left wrist (which is apparently the side to take my bp from) its a high reading as above mentioned , then when i do it on my right wrist its a norm or only a little high reading , any suggestions fellas ????? dont wanna push my luck

Are you breaking the doses up through out the day? I didn't catch that you were, I'm assuming, but wanted to confirm. I was considering clen in stead of ephedrine towards summer when sweating like a pig wouldn't look so odd. Thanks for the thread, I'm reading through as you go for sure.

took 90/95 again yesterday and felt badly dehydrated , high body temp, head aches etc , haz the water did help and the panamax tablets !!!! towards end of day , ive noticed im getting irritable from all these sides (above) and having a short fuse ........ this is norm 4 me in summer (in autumn atm) as the heat farking annoys me like crazy unless im at the beach and considering its cold and miserable lately its def the clen sides pi$$ing me off !!!!!!!

haz any suggestion as to why im getting 2 diff readings from my monitor when its on diff hands ???? for example yesterday left side was 162/91 rhr 87 rightside was 137/79 rhr 72 then did it again with monitor on left wrost and got 150/87 rhr 76 what gives ????? any help would be great...

having today off the tabs just 4 a break its giving me the shit$ and dont feel the best head is pounding , possibly high dosage might go back to 80mcg tomorrow ????

ok decided to get off the clen .....ive been on for 11 days and im just really over these sides the worst been the head aches which is a direct link to the high bp readings ive been getting , also my core body temp has been getting hotter and hotter , the shakes i find are if anything some what funny , but the aforementioned , headaches, body temp, dehydration, high bp , some times even a feeling of inbalance whilst standing and dizziness have basically done me in ...

my highest dose i got upto was about 95mcg at 60-70 there wasnt really much at all besides the shakes then when i jumped to 80+ boom all these sides became very pronounced ....

so am officially off getting bloodwork done tuesday and getting doc to do bp/rhr and also getting him to check out my wrist bp monitor (omron brand- australian )as ive mentioned had some strange readings from diff sides of body /wrists .....

ive lost 3kgs , i feel tho clen works in a way that effects water in your body , or maybe this is bcoz ive felt so hot and dehydrated ???

these next 2 weeks off i will hit the cardio, continue to train hard then see if bf% is at a safe lvl to start gear or go back on th edreaded clen


if some 1 (eclenbuterol rep you out there ) could help as 2 when i do comeback on clen in a few weeks should i just start off at 40mcg and gradually work my way upto 80 again like i did last time ??? bearing in mind sides were nearly intolerable at this dose 4 me ??? or start higher say 50-60 etc i think itll be the 40

Breaking up the dose is probably a good idea. I'm starting some helios soon, and I plan to break up the dosage, even though I'm slin pinning SubQ.
