You're blood pressure is high but not as high as what we normally see with headaches. I do believe you were and probably still are dehydrated. If you look at the anatomical division of the arterial blood supply you will see the branching of the upper extermities. I'm not saying there's anything thing wrong with you but large differences are a sign of dissecting vessels and normally cause a painful tearing sensation. It would unwise of me to attempt a guess at what is causing your differences. Further testing in a controlled setting is a good idea. I believe you mentioned a wrist cuff blood pressure device and that would be my first item to rule out. Conventional blood pressure checks may reveal there's very little difference in your readings. If convential readings continue to show the same differences then further testing would be in order. I would advise you to get a new blood pressure device or get it checked at a local fire station or at the doctors office to see if follow up is indicated.

thank you haz a thorough response as always ...as i wrote have stopped the clen and am getting bp checked in next few days will get doc to check both sides and see what he says , will also tell him i was using clen ..... i have a feeling it was purely a dehydration point of view but i was drinking a shitload of h20, purely coz i wasnt on any particular high dosages in anyones means , guess this proves whwere all individuals and need to monitor ourselves/sides/progress etc ..... in the next off 2 weeks will load up on the water in prep for the next on 2 weeks and continue it through the on 2 weeks , also no grog either ....

appreciate your help and informed response

welljust did11 days on the illtake 2 weeksoff then ill do another 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then i have enough tabs 4 1 more week ....so about 5 weeks in total with breaks

thought id post this here was relevant to my cycle so just cut and pasted this here , my opinion of dosages whilst on clen......

i just did 2 weeks on (not quiet 11 days ) and how every 1 posts id do 40/40/60/60/80/ bla bla i dont understand .....you have to listen to how your body responds to the dosages take 20 day 1 see how you go then if u notice the shakes , sweaty a little and higher body temp then stay on 20 then move upto 30-40 until these type of effects come to a minimun then step up to 50-60 and same again stay there till sides slowly become more tolerable then up the dose all the way throught your cycle , not going higher than 120-140 mcg .....

just bcoz tabs come in whole form doesnt mean you need to take the whole tab get a razor (as i was) and cut it into halves quarters even (i did) and go up accordingly .....

what im trying to say is imho i dont think there is 1 particular dosage protocol 4 this drug you need to listen to your body by heart rate , body temp, shakes, head aches , sweats , insomnia etc these are all the sides i had and i only got to 90mcg and lost 3-kg in 11 days ,so theres the proof my friend

just slowly go up by 10 mcg this way i found it was more tolerable and you can manage the sides well tolerate them alot more .......and buddy drink water like it is your last sip i felt like i was on the sun and the devil was pissing in a cup 4 me (bad anaolgy but you get the point) i was constantly drinking but still fight dehydrated big time .....

and yes get as much traing under your belt b4 u start your cycle the more training the better
